and as being suggested above make some accusations on REDDIT for sure they would really look into your case. The thing said above is definitely the reality on them which they do react on someones issue if it already calls attention into the public.I agree with you, reddit one of the best ways to get their attention

If you are 100% positive that you did not screw up by transferring your coins a faulty address, than there is nothing you can do but to open tickets on polo to try and get it in your wallet.

Can you post the transaction id link to the Navcoin explorer? use this website: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/nav/ then post your transaction here just to be sure.
In case you didn't screw up on your end, create another ticket and keep demanding your coins, and also go on Reddit and accuse them of scammers. When you create social pressure they will get their shit together and look at your case.
Im willing to help but first you have to be sure that you didn't screw up yourself.
