As i heard lately, it doesnt have a good reputation, too much scam, so better to choose another exchange
I have not just heard I have experienced and would like to warn everybody that YOBIT IS A SCAM, PLEASE STOP USING IT.

Try catching in the chat moderators, they are highlighted in green. They very often help convey your tickets to technical support. I was helped twice. Last time I waited for the transfer of ETH to the balance more than two days.

Chat moderators ? you mean on YOBIT ? Well, I thinks its worth a shot, I'll try to do that as well.

Yobit has many accusations & deposit problem from a long time ago. Better to wait until your problem has fully resolved & you should change your main exchange with others major exchange temporarily for either deposit or withdraw, there is no way to solve this problem except waiting. However, I've heard that there is a Slack channel for Yobit but I'm not sure about it, you can try to google it.
Thanks for your reply, I have learned my lesson and I am just waiting for my ether to be deposited in my account , once its done, I'll deactivate/delete my account from yobit. they are not worth it.
I'll try to find the slack channel as you suggested .
But, in the mean time I'll make sure to make people aware that YOBIT IS SCAM , PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT.

Best if you contact their support team. I would generally stay away from Yobit though, from what I hear, their support is pretty bad and slow.

It is recommended to stay away from Yobit. Find a better, experienced and efficient exchange. It can make you double the effort.

The only person who can help you is yourself,contact them every hours make some efforts to be notice by yobit technical support im sure they resolve your problem.
Thanks for your reply, Yes , I am trying to reach them through support ticket (the only way to contact them), I am unable to trace phone number &/or any other means through which a client can interact with the YOBIT team.
Delay is not the problem , not responding and not acknowledging the issue is the main concern.
I would not have lost my patience if I would have received a message from the team acknowledging the transaction and assurance to rectify the error.
But, let alone the assurance to fix the error , they are not acknowledging or replying the support ticket.
This is the reason I am looking for help form those, who might have experienced the similar issue .

Even after raising ticket almost everyday and reminding YOBIT about my lost money , they are not responding at all.

I had the same problem with ETH around 2 months ago. There is still no answer from the support team. It's good for me that I always make trial transactions before the main one - I lost only 0.05 eth.

This is unacceptable, its not just about amount or money involved. Its about business ethics and delivering the products and service as promised. This is unethical and a sort of embezzlement.
This act of cheating and preying on someone else's money should be made public and prohibition of such devious service provider should be done.
We don't know how many of us have been cheated and how many would be cheated in future if we do not take today.
I say lets join hands and together fight back to get back whats rightfully belongs to us and make others aware for not using YOBIT in future.

Shit happens. My deposits to yobit stuck twice. There were ETH and ETC depo. Yobit has a very sluggish support so you need to make a ticket and wait at least one month until they answer and probably solve your problem...

Don't you think that community and Yobit as an organization should be responsible enough to at least reply on a ticket raised.
I am more worried because, after I have the successful transaction, Yobit is neither reflecting it in my wallet neither replying . I wonder home nay unsatisfied customer it would have like me .
By the way, did they helped you solve your problem , or just shrugged their shoulders?
