If you have sent to the correct address, it should be shown at the explorer. Check the address where you sent the next big amount. However, it's not a problem from Nova's side. It's all about your fault or whatever.

This is weird, I wonder what was the update or perhaps edit the OP if it's already resolve or not. Though, I'm surprised that there still some people uses nova exchange despite of its allegations.

Wow, I don't know what is going on with a lot of exchanges but I have seen lots of complain about missing funds and it's getting so worried because I have a lot of money on exchanges and am scared that I might be a victim of this lost one day, though I always take precaution by withdrawing my money every week from the exchange to a wallet were I have access to my private keys because I don't want to procure any unnecessary lost.

A bit of a weird one this

I sent a test transaction ( as i all ways do before moving larger sums ) of 10 808 coins to Nova exchange which showed up ok:

Which hasn't shown up so I contacted Nova support and was sent this in reply:

So off I went to check on an 808 explorer and believe it or not there was actually one from the ann post still running:

I popped the Nova deposit address into the explorer and the only tx to come up was the one for 10 808 coins.

So wtf is going on ? the large deposit shows as having 448 confirms yet does not show up on the explorer or more importantly my Nova balance.
