No, you are not missing out as long as you have your private keys.

Airdrops are automatically distributed to all addresses that meet certain parameters (most commonly an X amount of ETH available) and as long as you have a valid wallet with your private keys intact, all you have to do when you want to cash out or use your tokens is to go online and use myetherwallet to access your erc20 tokens. Pretty easy to do.

🌟 MIRA ICO 🌟
Some airdrops you have to claim but some get dropped in your account just like that. I would say keeping some Ethereum in a spot where you have private keys is wise. Probably because in the future

a lot of these coins who have done ICOs will do a drop for ETH holders and it is best to get a % of that rather than not.

Trezor integrates with myetherwallet.com.  The airdrops just show up.  Pennies from heaven.

Hi.

Are we missing out on  all free erc20 token airdrops by leaving ethereum in cold storage like a keep key/ledger?

Or do we eventually get them when the cold storage devices like a keep key/ ledger decides to update the firmware?  Will they even support all these airdrops?

I've been seeing a lot of airdrops for eth/btc holders like OMG tokens, bitcoinGPU,  ebtc, etc.  Would suck to miss out on the free tokens even if we had our private keys.

Or is there something I'm missing that I dont' fully understand.
