He got banned but yes that's his new account that Badbear posted up.
He is not banned, he used his account as collateral for something else. I believe the user holding the account was actually arrested recently.
Drama drama. He should be able to get it back even if the user holding it got arrested.
How? From what I gather he used it as collateral as a loan but even if/when he does pay back the current owner being in jail complicates the situation.
I figured the current owner will not stay in jail forever and could ask his lawyer or a family member to give back the password once the loan is repaid.
I don't have any informations on this case but it's possible to give out a password from jail if you want to.
