Yes it is.
You can set different settings in the start.bat file of Claymore configuration and you can add in the end of your file amd devices 0 (where 0 symbolizes the first card and since you have only 1 AMD card it will start mining with it)
Next put at the end of your file cuda devices 0 just like the AMD configuration and SAVE AS this file as startnvidia.bat
Just start each miner and you can mine Ethereum with mixed cards.
Or if you do with Nicehash it will do it automatically for you.
