In nature, stupidity is a capital crime; judgement is absolutely impartial, there is no appeal, and the sentence is carried out immediately. I would advise you to take down this thread or rename it within 24 hours. I have emailed the company you have defamed, and they have responded to me Cool. Proceed at your own peril.

i will end all this talk about legality and stuff now

until the United States Treasury Department starts to accept bitcoin as a legal tender for any and all legal transactions conducted by a business, charity, or citizin or the United states then we can use these internet coins as any type of waging for any type of game we choose. if US wants to say its illegal then they better start writing some laws until then I’m going to say that the OP of this thread is high drunk and probably on some kind of head meds. Cause he is basically writing the laws for the us before they even think about writing them themselves.

Just warning people that this site is fishy :  coinbet.cc   is it a front for the US justice department

in particular the information under the US bettors tab
does anyone have any dealings with the site? and it's operators?

 Smiley

i think it would be more effective to just ask you to defend your outlandish claims. i mean answer a question. This question. What evidence do you have of this. or atlest what makes you think that this could even be true. Usually when some type of accusation like this is claimed the person claiming it has dox. Ill link you to a similar situation
https://www.bestvpn.com/blog/7168/anonymous-accuses-vpnbook-of-being-a-honeypot/
In this situation anonymous is claiming the vpn service is working with the feds. the reasons for the claims are that under the freedom of information act court documents were released that showed logs from the company. The logs could have been obtained thru alternate methods besides them being given to the fed directly from the vpn service. But that’s like saying the sun could go out tomorrow. i see you as being anonymous and coinbet.cc as the vpn service but what I don’t see is your court document that support your claims. what I do see is someone who has an agenda that is against coinbets and is trying to slander the name of a company. The problem is you didn’t plan your campaign very well. You spastically choose to act and that isn’t what a person does if they are true and pure about their intentions. Your wrong about this now shush

I once had the same problem you have. I use to have the worst shits when I drank milk. So I told everyone milk was the devil. i did this from the age of 3 to like 10 until i learned that i had a problem digesting the milk. so in al reality i was the problem not the milk. in this case your the problem not coinbet.

thanks

While, the laws are murky regarding online gaming with BTC, and they at some point in the future may to need to adjust things in light of pending changes in legislation, you sir are way out of bounds in actually going so far as to create a thread and naming it what you have. I cannot believe I am even dignifying your comment with a response, but perhaps you just dont know any better. For your information I have obtained subpeonas and had websites like this one release the IP address and other information of people responsible for offenses far less severe than yours. You should consider deleting this post, as I would like nothing more than to find you and slap you with a libel suit.

Btw- Its called legal maneuvering, and companies do it in all sorts of industries. Your quote from their website if anything is proof that they are NOT who you allege they may be. The REAL QUESTION HERE IS... Are you drunk, stupid, or do you work for, or own a competing site? I hate to toss insults, but you should reflect on your actions here and govern yourself accordingly!

Looks like the competition is feeling threatened because it seems there is now a 1,200 pound gorilla in the space. This company has taken my business, paid me on time, offered better odds and promotions then anyone else in the space, and this is what they get for it. Clean up duty! Well, I'll take a minute to put in my 2 cents and squash this for them. I am not only a player on their site but also a licensed attorney, so CoinBet if you are monitoring this thread send me a PM, if you want to retain me and discuss this further. As to the thread header and the author, I imagine hes a pretty desperate guy who is not too bright! This is hilarious. I imagine the conversation went something like this:

Competing Site Owners (To Eachother): Question- We are losing players to CoinBet because they have a better site. better promotions. better customer service and a bigger bankroll! #$!@ What do we do?!?
Competing Site Owners (To Eachother): Answer- Go to the forums and call them Feds! Yeah that's it, These were the guys that shot JFK, Jimmy Hoffa, and ummm Abraham Lincoln, whatever!.

Its shameful that people abuse the privilege of anonymity. Just because you can say anything regardless of how ridiculous, doesn't mean you should. The Internet and defamation go together like bread and butter. It is as though everyone owns their own newspaper and publishing content is as easy as pointing and clicking. The Internet is so immediate. An unsrupulous competitor decides he is going to say or do anything and can! It is just too easy to post a defamatory statement about ANYONE online. In the real world, this clown would be looking at facing legal consequences for slander and defamation.

Business defamation on the Internet is becoming all too common. It is just too easy for a competitor to post something online. Unfortunately good companies usually have little or no recourse, so this type of derogatory and harmful content posted by competitors are sometimes immune from attack and liability. Bitcointalk probably won’t take these baseless defamatory statements down even if requested by the idiot who posted this garbage. This is the type of case I almost want to take on PRO-BONO!

ok fair enough...

now is it legal that they put this on the website? isn't this misleading..

"U.S. Based Sports Bettors, Casino Players, and Poker devotees are now able to skip the smoky casino and legally gamble on their favorite games while on the couch thanks to the #1 voted Bitcoin Based Casino -- CoinBet.cc.

Internet gambling in the U.S., has been strictly outlawed since 2011, when the Department of Justice seized the domain names of the largest offshore sites catering to U.S. customers and blacked them out.

This crackdown, on April 15, 2011, dubbed "black Friday", left online gamblers and poker players with two options: They could either get dressed and visit a land based casino, or break the law and log into an offshore site.

With Coinbet's U.S. launch, We won the race to bring legal gambling back to the Internet, and made it even better than before. We are extremely excited to step into the underserved U.S. market and become the quintessential gaming solution offering real money gambling to U.S. depositors with Bitcoin. "

as a attorney are they not trying to lead amercians into temptation...

Your replies to these posts on several different threads don't do any good for your reputation.

This is obviously b.s. but why not let the person bury themselves?

Most everyone on these forums will take the time to read through and look for evidence before rendering any judgement. I'm assuming this person hasn't been busted by coinbet's justice department division yet, so you have nothing to worry about.

Patience is a virtue.

Like we're not supposed to reply to such ridiculous claims? Come on.

Oh yes, and we killed JFK and we know where Jimmy Hoffa is buried too!

Come on, please... get real....

If this is some competitor feeling threatened, step your game up.. Don't stoop to these ridiculous levels.

For the record, no.. we are not a "front" for the US justice department. Get fucking real.
