The only reputable service that I managed to find was CoinGate. KYC is required though, and not all countries are supported. This is the list (assuming that nothing has changed since 2018):

For the first turn, we have introduced buying Bitcoin with Mobile Credit in 19 countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

The page they posted is redirecting to https://coingate.com/trade but nothing is showing there. It might be better for you to create an account or contact the support to check if more countries are supported.

Alternatively, I'd suggest checking the currency exchange board, you might be able to find someone if you're from the U.S/EU.
Thank you for replying, I tried it and yes it needs KYC, also it doesnt support my country.
Thanks anyway.
What does mean "mobile credits"? Do you mean a mobile wallet or mobile balance that exists in your sim card? If you are looking to buy bitcoin with a mobile wallet then likely you have to choose peer to peer exchange or person. If you are looking to buy bitcoin with sim card balance then likely you will not found such as service. You should look for alternatives ways, but avoiding KYC to buy bitcoin with credit cards or through banks is quite complicated. You may look at the forum Currency Exchange section, you might find someone from your country and you can exchange BTC/mobile credits or bank transfer. Don't forget to use escrow service if the seller isn't trusted enough.
Yes I want to use my sims credit balance and also avoiding KYC to prevent hassles.

The replies satisfied my needs, will lock this topic.
Thank you for responding!

I assumed that you're from the Philippines and we're the same country. Coins.ph is good to all of us if you're not afraid of KYC.

So what you're really concerned about is to buy crypto anonymously, if that is an app, that makes sense if you can browse an exchange into your mobile phone and buy Cryptocurrency using a credit card or even bank account. You need to clarify what cryptocurrency you wanted to buy and what is mobile credit, is that a credit card.

If you want to buy Bitcoin with low fees I suggest Coinbase pro, but it has a KYC verification. Alternatively, Binance also is a good suggestion no need to have KYC if you will buy under 2 Bitcoin worth.
