I assumed that you're from the Philippines and we're the same country. Coins.ph is good to all of us if you're not afraid of KYC.

So what you're really concerned about is to buy crypto anonymously, if that is an app, that makes sense if you can browse an exchange into your mobile phone and buy Cryptocurrency using a credit card or even bank account. You need to clarify what cryptocurrency you wanted to buy and what is mobile credit, is that a credit card.

If you want to buy Bitcoin with low fees I suggest Coinbase pro, but it has a KYC verification. Alternatively, Binance also is a good suggestion no need to have KYC if you will buy under 2 Bitcoin worth.
