Have an eye for things, knew the name Gizmo would be popular and appeal in future. Especially as you mentioned when other companies using similar names started up afterwards, only reinforced my understanding
Sure a good business however due to recent political events surrounding Apple, Huwei. Prices have been volatile. Fortunately i'm aware of how markets operate so secured myself in various ways so was impacted by the swing in phone prices. Most sales are from apple devices at the moment.
Good point, the market has changed allot during the passed year alone, with more competitors will likely continue to do so as technology evolves at fast rate. Our approach is to provide a walk in a service as well as delivery services for repairs online where an engineer visits you within an hour. Tried and tested by myself over the passed 7 years or so and one of the first i'm aware of to offer the service in u.k before other big companies picked on.. have a few more ideas if need be
Our prices are about the same as competitors, maybe slightly less. For example our battery repairs are considerably cheaper with plans to lower prices more in future.
We are in the process of becoming a certified & authorized Apple service centre by 3rd quarter this year. Once passed it should generate more work and a steady income.
With regards to authenticity of phone parts. All part are genuine and original with an exception.
We only offer customers an option to select between a high quality copy or original when carrying out a screen replacement due to affordability however only temporary till we are certified and only offer OEM parts.

Fix url or users will have to try it submit manually which I think will reduce number of visits on your website from bitcointalk. Your website's name reminded me Gizmo and site gizmodo.
Pretty good business but is there high demand on such services in UK if we consider the fact that Samsung, Apple and others have decent authorized service centers, are your prices low compared to them? Also do you have original supply? I mean do you guarantee that parts of smartphones will be original ones and not just random Chinese product?
It will be interesting to know how much number of people will pay in bitcoins on your website. Also don't you plan to offer discount on bitcoin/altcoin payments for your clients?
