Those sites won't save you from getting scammed especially with an iffy thing like virtual goods such as top ups.

I am looking for a better deal. Ofcourse, I can easily buy top up in 7 11 but I would have to pay for the full amount. I am looking for discounted prices for this. I would only accept offers with escrow, ofcourse. It is not safe always but, I think it's worth a shot.
