I am looking at 4 mobo's to replace my older mobo that seems to be getting glitchier every day.  I would like to mine with at least 6 gpu's (more if cost effective).  Here are the one's I am looking at (very open to other suggestions!):
Asrock H81
Asrock H110
Asus z270 (A?)
Biostar 250 (V2?)
Any help would be much appreciated!

As owner of several ASUS Prime z270A I think it's great MoBo for 8GPUs. Although it's enough expensive. You can also look for MSI Z270A-Pro. It cheap and you can run 7GPUs with this MoBo (I ran 7GPUs with previous version of MSI Z170A-Pro)

Asus Prime Z270-A owner here. yes they are expensive but the bios team for the "prime" models of their boards is Asus's oldest bios team.
i've never had any problems with my prime 270-a's. i only run 7 cards on each of them though  Smiley

i've never tried biostar.

Biostar TB250-BTC is one of the best.

+1

I stick with biostar.  I tried a few other boards and the biostar seems to be less finicky with the setup and I haven't had a stability problem with any of them.

Depends on what video cards you have if your with 1050ti -1060 better asrock h110+ btc, more cost effective , if your with 1070, rig with 6-7 cards is OK.

Another vote for the Biostar TB250-BTC. 5 rigs running stable with 6 GPUs each.

For your configuration, it's quite similar to my rigs. So I'm mining with:

1. Asus Prime Z270 - could handle 8 GPUs - expensive (~145$)- very stable at high OC
2. Biostar TB250-BTC - 6 GPUs - reasonable price (~105$) - quite stable, crash stime at high OC
3. Gygabyte H110 - D3A - 6 GPUs - cheap (~98$) - quite stable at high OC.

I am using Asrock H81 and Asus z270.
As for me Asus z270 is a little bit better. Socket 1151, a little bit better bios and 2xm2 slots so you could insert 8GPU there
