If we start to make threads for every one of these posts, we would see about 1000 new threads in the meta section every day
(okay I might be exaggerating a bit, but you get the point) If it's something that requires lots of additional explaining, then it might be a good idea to post it here in the meta section.
Example:
If you see someone abusing merit system and want to provide lots of proof
