OP you need to stop posting out of this thread to get account unbanned.  You are posting all over that is ban evasion.

You are the first person I have seen trying to get un-banned and also join a sig campaign whall still banned - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/freecoin-signature-campaign-10m-fre-to-400-users-level-3-100-free-1236279

*Edit minifrij beat me by a few seconds posting it.  Above is link to it.  I have a feeling perma ban on new account is coming.
Gotcha. No more sig campaigns for me, and I'll completely disregard the old account. Thank you for all your help.

Posting in the meta while banned is not considered ban evasion. Mostly because this is the appropriate board to talk about bans.

Look at his post history. He has even enrolled in a signature campaign, which is obviously outside of meta.

Just a suggestion, you probably shouldn't continue to try and use this account as per normal without confirmation from the staff. As previously stated, it may be counted as Ban Evasion and may hinder progress on getting your account back significantly.
While your ban does seem to be a special circumstance, it's still better to be safe than sorry.
The "JonnySmithers" account or this account?
any and all accounts that you control. a ban on this forum isnt a ban on that specific account, but more or less a ban against the person.

Well according to the message, you were permabanned since there is no time limit on that ban. You have posted since the account was probably banned in late 2013. Since you have posted between then and now, that is considered ban evasion, so you might not get your account back.
Damn, okay. Thanks for the help.

If your account was hacked a day or two ago, how come the password was not changed in the last 30 days? How come you can still login to see the ban message? I don't see it in the security log: https://bitcointalk.org/seclog.php.

If you really were hacked, follow the instructions in this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/recovering-hacked-accounts-or-accounts-with-lost-passwords-497545.

BTW, this belongs in meta. Either move it by clicking on move topic in the bottom left hand corner, or let the mods do it. I've already reported the thread. DON'T create another thread.

Okay, looks like the mods have moved it already.

And no it was hacked a long time ago in late 2013, around November I think.
When that happened (in 2013), I changed my email, password, and emailed the banappeal but nothing happened.
I am now active in bitcoin again so I want my old account back.
Not really sure what to do.
Please help

My old account was banned because it was hacked for a day or two, but is now back to normal.
I have tried emailing the given email address several times to appeal the ban, but I've gotten no reply.
It has good trust ratings, and I don't want to lose that.
You may delete this account if I can get the other one back.
Thanks
