In as much as the moderators are not perfect but the truth still remains that they are trying to keep the sanity of a public forum like this to the best of their ability and how they deem it fit but because it's based on subjectivity, there will be some element of human factor coming in.

Yes you can complain if you are not comfortable and that is what you have done. I have seen a situation where a thread or quote was deleted by a moderator, he made a complain just like this, and global moderator restored it. But at the same time you should not expect that things will go your way because not everyone would see things the way you do especially those that can act on it.

I warned a member whose post included insult and defamation about  a person. Additionally I reported it to moderator but  the moderator deleted my message because of excuse  float. And then I send a message to moderator "why" my post is deleted. He said that your post is irrelevant. I think that this is realy joke!!!  And then I wrote again him and I said "insult and defamation" is relevant but the warning is irrelevant. So how I complain about the moderator? Or whom?

This forum has a few rules, very few but some they do enforce vociferously.
Your choices; pick one:

1. Grow a thicker skin and stop being offended at the drop of a hat.
2. Place the "offender" on Ignore.
3. Create your own forum, rules and live happily ever after.
4. The internet is not for you and you should log off and pull the internet plug forever. Also, see number 1.

yeah! you say that the moderator is king in here, and we can not complain about him. Because he is king and his opinion or thought is always true or "law". I am a supporter of freedom of internet and freedom of expression. But it doesn't means anybody behave arbitrarily.

The internet is not only for me, but not only for a group or a person.

The internet is freedom so that I have a right to complain about arbitrary behavior

This is not a Govt. owned forum run by elected overlords. You have no "rights" here but what the forum owner allows. Let that sink in as the entitlement chip on your shoulder grows.

My message was also deleted. I was told it's because the response isn't in line with the topic of discourse

democracy always wins

Yeah.... Not really:

I'm starting to think democracy is largely useless, especially given how stupid the average person is (though maybe I'm just getting too cynical). Bring back dictators by people who know what's best for us I say!

You are free to complain about staff or administrative decisions here without repercussion as many people do on an almost daily basis. However, somebody merely saying something you don't like probably isn't against the rules but trolling/personal attacks are usually taken on a case by case basis. As KWH said above though, I would learn to grow a thicker skin.

You want to complain about the moderator so that he would get removed from his positions, is what i'm understanding from you -- right ?

Now i don't know how you would exactly do that, i also don't know what happend in your case, but your best bet would be to give full context, and see what the community thinks of said moderator, in this board ->

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=129.0

If there's alot of consensus, a higher power ( admin ) might take action, if there isn't,  i doubt anything will happen.

-- All the moderators i know are extremely dedicated to moderating this forum, and replacing them is/would be extremely difficult, so there has to be some major issues for an admin like Cyrus to suddenly replace them.

What is a "sharing" ?

He is probably refering to / as something he "shares" with use, aka a post of him, the answer on that is, YES. you can get banned for posting gore content i believe, but also for copy pasting, posting ref links etcetera.

For some guidelines, see https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/unofficial-list-of-official-bitcointalkorg-rules-guidelines-faq-703657 on what is and isn't allowed.

If you think what a moderator is deleted is unfair, i think your best bet would be to open up a thread here, in this section, and ask why / for what reasoning it got deleted.

Hello everybody;

I have a problem, does  any moderator ban me because of my sharings? Which situation he/she delete my message?

And he deleted my message, how I can object his decision? or whom? or where

Thanks to everybody

You can be banned for posting certain things, yes. You are free to create a thread in Meta if you dispute or are confused about a decision, but it's best you read the rules to make sure this doesn't happen as posts are usually only removed for breaking the rules.

I don't really get what the issue was, you do not provide any relevant information.

When I was new I had a few posts deleted mostly out of my ignorance to forum policy. In those instances I messaged them and they explained where I went wrong.

My guess you've stepped outside the lines, and need to contact whoever you are having the issue with.
Also I think this is a post that should be reserved for META
