I don't think it will or should be deleted. Scams are not moderated. Locking and re-creating a thread as self-mod is allowed. There is no option to make an existing thread self-mod, and there's a good reason for that too but I digress. AFAIK there is no rule that has been broken here.
I never said a word scam, and creating new duplicate topic with purpose to hide feedback and flags is not allowed, especially with some fake designer notice.
Obviusly tried to play around the rules to avoid getting same feedback for fake manager.
I understand your concern, but I agree that the thread is unlikely to be deleted. Report it if you disagree, and the mods will take a look.

All we can do is Tag and Flag it. I haven't had a chance to look into it, but I will. Flag will help burn another of their bought accounts, then if it's an actual copy/paste can maybe report it for plagiarism, then you could likely take out the whole army with Ban evasion tactics

Agreed, a tag and flag for the OP of the thread is all that can be done. If @notblox1 feels that strongly he should create a flag and those who agree will support it.
