There is no causal link between the current affairs within Iraq and the price of Bitcoin. I wouldn't look too much into political goings on vs the price of XBT. Nothing more to add on the matter.

Cyprus worked, I guess....

Was it really Cyprus last spring or China last fall or just coincidental with the natural growth of Bitcoin?

Every time some sort of social/political turmoil happens, it is supposed to cause a rally in the price of BTC? I don't think that's how it works. Cyprus worked, I guess....

Iraq was invaded or liberated (depends on what you think and or believe.) by Islam invasion/liberation force today.

We know the area has suffered a lot over the years will this  'surprise' cause a spike in BTC.
