It wasn't me. Negligible chance of locking it by accident as I don't remember visiting that thread before reading OP.
I'll repeat what I said to those PMing me: since the last post was on June 6th so supposedly it was locked that day, I don't think I locked it nor do I remember locking any thread that day. It could've been any of the Global Moderators or Administrators that could've locked it.
I'm wondering the same, or was it locked by the OP?
At least he _says_ he didn't.
