Hi,
Sorry if I bothered you, I have a problem about mOgliE that I want to know, expect answers from you.

I know that mOgliE is the manager for the Yolodice campaign currently. I checked the spreadsheet, he completes every week with a maximum of 40 posts
But during the period from October 07 up to now, he only made 20 posts. This means that for nearly 3 months, he only made 20 posts, but in his managed spreadsheet, the number of posts was always calculated to the maximum. Is it his privilege to receive a fixed payment without making any posts? I am really curious about this payment, so please let me know. I was a bit suspicious, so if this was his fixed payment, I would apologize to him.

Regards
ChuckBuck

A message was sent, but it will probably take a long time until I get the answer, because ethan_nx has been inactive since December 24. I hope more people want to know about it, hope this topic is helpful  Roll Eyes

Hire Bitcointalk Camp. Manager @ r7promotions.com

Maybe I should send a private message to ethan_nx to ask about this issue, sorry for my hurry.
You received this +1 merit for this (^) statement.

There are no need to discuss (discussion about it by pointing out a specific user does not look good unless this topic was created in general for everyone) about it since none of us has any business to do about it until anyone who is connected with this business has anything to say. As I said before - you, me and rest of the forum members are just third party here.

Cheers,

This is how forum grudges start in most cases.

I didn't have any hateful intent here, all I had was a doubt, and I didn't confirm anything about him, so I thought everything was okay.
It's not good to accuse a reputed manager on just above thing's considered overall IMO.
I didn't accuse him, I just consulted everyone

Maybe I should send a private message to ethan_nx to ask about this issue, sorry for my hurry.

EDIT: This topic will be locked until I get an answer from ethan_nx. Thanks for everyone's comments, and sorry for my hurry again  Cry

Is this an abuse?

It is not an abuse, mOgliE is the campaign manager of that campaign hence he has the total control over the payment structure there. It could be his internal deals with Yolodice, no one can say. It's not Ok to come to an manaplutive conclusion.

Or is it his privilege to receive a fixed payment without making any posts? I'm not the one who hired him, so I don't know the deal between them, could it be a payment for his campaign management or not. But if he has just received payment for managing, has just received payment for participating in the signature campaign, it is an abuse of power to cheat on the number of posts during a period of nearly 3 months.

I need everyone's opinion on this matter

It could probably be the payments for his campaign management or anything else but don't seem to be abuse of power in any sense as that would just be his own business and dealing with the company. They have entrusted him with that amount of trust.

It's not good to accuse a reputed manager on just above thing's considered overall IMO.

I think everyone else is in the same position as like you.

Point is why we worry about it (or who we are to talk about it)? This should be in between him and the campaign owners. You, me or everyone else should not have any business to do until mOgliE or the campaign owners raise a question about it or any other campaign participants who are connected with the business. They all seems okay?

Furthermore, have you contacted the campaign owners on this matter privately or you decided to discuss it in public (in my opinion there are nothing much to talk about it in public).

didn't have the stones to ask.
Then we are building up wrong culture, wrong community. This space should be a place where everyone should have their freedom of speech.

Yeah on the face of it, it looks sketchy but who knows whether he's got a deal worked out with the campaign owners to get the max amount per week regardless of how many posts he makes, as suggested by actmyname and others.  It wouldn't surprise me, because I think I've seen one other similar arrangement before which also got questioned at the time.  Can't remember if it was aTriz or some other campaign manager, but I think it turned out to be an arrangement worked out between the manager and the owners of the campaign.

I think in the other example it was a manager getting paid for a rank that was higher than what he was actually at, but whatever.  We'll see if mOgliE responds.

It would have been nice to PM mOgliE first instead of opening up such a thread in reputation.
I agree, though OP isn't going off guns a-blazing here.  He's just questioning it publicly, and I don't have a real problem with that.  It might even satisfy anyone else who might have been wondering about this but didn't have the stones to ask.

It would have been nice to PM mOgliE first instead of opening up such a thread in reputation. This is how forum grudges start in most cases. I have never seen the campaign participants or the owner complain about it which means it's either the privilege he has for being a campaign manager or that's actually his weekly pay for managing the campaign.. Perhaps he just wears the signature out of his own will.

The 40 qualified posts continue from 01-07.07.2019 -- I believe this may just be a fixed rate payment for the campaign management. The only other differences that I've seen are in previous sheets wherein mOgliE had additional posts in the Gambling column, which moved the payment from 0.014 to 0.0147.

You could have PMed ethan_nx instead of creating a thread. That would get you better result since he is the campaign owner. I guess it's a deal between mOgliE & ethan_nx; because ethan_nx was active here earlier & they must be aware of it.
Anyway, I would prefer a PM to any of mOgliE or ethan_nx.

I started this topic with doubts about mOgliE - He is the manager of the Yolodice signature campaign currently
mOgliE participated in Yolodice's campaign as a member, 2019-01-22, he became the manager of this campaign (Follow information on the topic of Yolodice)

And this is the problem that I want to raise: He is continuing in this campaign both as a member and campaign manager

After I checked the spreadsheet, he completes every week with a maximum of 40 posts
But during the period from October 07 up to now, he only made 20 posts. This means that for nearly 3 months, he only made 20 posts, but in his managed spreadsheet, the number of posts was always calculated to the maximum.

This is not a complete accusations, I do not have sufficient evidence, this is just my doubt about mOgliE's activities
