According to Dune, sales at OpenSea, the top NFT marketplace, have dropped by 75% since May and are on pace to reach their lowest levels since July 2021. Of course, OpenSea continues to be the largest and conducts deals worth over $14 billion.
We look to NFT initiatives that have long-term utility throughout this recession. Directors like David Kronenberg and Julie Pacino have utilised NFT sales over the past 12 months to advertise and finance their forthcoming movies.
