TenX is going to be legit. I'm not convinced that Monaco isn't a scam.
Also looks like TenX has the merchant agreement in place whereas Monaco is still negotiating with Visa.
TenX sir! they have amazing team, and their projects is even better 
So if you want to make a choose between monaco and tenx only, it's obvious tenx is better:)
Tenx have a stable price and monaco price have a possibility to loss your money.

Both Monaco and Tenx are good for investment. However Monaco price seems pumping now, you might want to wait for dump before buying.
What is tenx. never hear about this coin before...

Both of project is similar as far as i know, but centra too but there are some kinds that makes the project look a bit different to each other. But tenx looks better than monaco in this time, because i just try to consider about the result of development and not from hype that caused by the coin already added in any exchange site.

Monaco is more speculative if you want to aim for huge profits and you take the huge loss possibility.
TenX is more stable and their development team is more reputable people. They do their job withour manipulation seriously. Market price of Tenx didn't go to moon like Monaco.
ideas like this after all i do get more earnings just following coins that has been introduce in such ways. let see and assess how far TenX will bring

Well, if you look at the graphics, then Tenx looks nicer, with Monaco now having to deal is pretty risky.In other matters, this is everyone's business.
