it's been one month and 18 days, still no reply from support. i wrote them one more time 3 weeks ago but again no answer, so i consider my monero lost.

in the meantime i moved all my other coins to a different exchange (which actually always replay to tickets within 24hrs).

it goes without saying that i will never ever use poloniex again.

try to wait for at least 48 hours. Maybe they will help you out. They have too many customers and they have to ignore some of tickets

I deposited some monero on Poloniex a week ago from Bter, unfortunately I only provided the deposit address and forgot to insert the Payment ID, and the monero have not arrived yet.

I can see my transaction on the monero blockchain but the payment id differs from mine.

Poloniex support is not answering and as far as i understood they might not even ever answer.

Does anyone know if my deposit is to be considered lost?
