Lol thanks for the help. Nah i wasn't all excited. From what I read I knew this wasn't legit. I just wanted to ask though.
I just started mining with Monero GUI Wallet. I've used it for about 10 hours all together (Off and On). What i'm seeing though can't be right. From what I understand you would barely make anything from mining alone but this is what it shows

You should mine on a pool or you are sort of playing a lottery. And you might not get nothing even after a year of mining as a solo miner. You should ask here if you have any questions https://old.reddit.com/r/MoneroMining/

Well, it is cool to read well before jumping into conclusions so that you don't get excited for what you are not supposed to get excited about, from what I can see in the screenshot you sent, it is stated there as test net, so you are actually mining on the test Blockchain which is not the actual coin but a coin that could just be used for making development on the monitor Blockchain, like sending and receiving coin. I'm I using some kind of fake Monero GUI Wallet or test version?
On the top left side of the wallet image, you can see in a red color font that it is written Testnet.
So, you are mining in a testnet blockchain of Monero.
