I have always done the transactions through mymonero.com. And both webwallets are not offline (cold) wallets. Both wallets have been created by me.

I agree. But it's a service. Meaning, a business. Some handle their customers well, some don't...

I think that is not sustainable for the people who use the monero.

If you just read a bit this forum you'll see how many advise to use local wallet. The story is the same for Bitcoin, Monero or any other coin.
You used a service. You didn't even say which service did you use, so I can't tell anything about it.
I use a local wallet and never had issues.

The support keeps me already 4 months and I'm fed up. I have downloaded the latest gui but it shows the same transactions as in the webwallet.

Usually if your wallet is at a 3rd party service, you have to resolve your issue with them.
Because at most services your account only displays some numbers. The wallet is actually theirs and they adjust your numbers based on inputs and outputs they acknowledge for you.
I don't know what can be found out of your tx id, an option could be to ask in the Monero thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=583449.38940
But again, I fear that the web wallet support may be your only choice.

Hello community,

I send from Wallet A to Wallet B XMR and i lost all my balance on Wallet B. This was on 15.12.2017 Here a screenshot.

As you can see, the 0.392 XMR will not be credited to the Wallet B but will be deducted from the entire balance.

I was also not hacked or became a victim of a phishing attack.

Many users have the same problem and it was on 15.12.2017
