I would rather use any of the official wallets for it (desktop or mobile) and a separate multi currency wallet for other coins.

This is the only option that makes sense.
Monero is a one of the top privacy coins. You use Monero if you want to keep your transaction completely anonymous.
So, you should install and use your own wallet.
Why would you use any exchange wallet if you care about privacy?

If you going to keep your Monero Safe you can use Hardware wallet for that like trezor or nano ledger S. But keep updated always coz there are some issues on other wallet just like what happened to MEW. well DNS happened anywhere especially in the banking system.

You could use the web wallet but it always seems to be down.

I use Kraken to exchange coins. Its not safe to keep there altcoins? Also if you transfer from pool to personal wallet and after to exchange, you will pay fees twice.
As I said above, it's not as safe as using a personal wallet where you keep the private keys yourself. Moreover, please take note and check if Kraken allows/supports transactions from pools because some other exchanges do not. Better safe than sorry.

XMR is very volatile, so I keep him on the local exchange. I know that it is not very safe, but you do not need to download a lot of wallets. the more so that the price of the coin is not so large yet.

my self, save Monero only on local exchange.
I think makes it easy if suddenly the price goes up, then immediately sell.
or also when the price goes down.
That can be, however, it's not a safe choice or not recommended at least if you plan to hold the coin/token long term since you're not holding your private keys.

There are multi currency wallets available, unfortunately, monero isn't supported. There's a limited number of wallets that can be used to store XMR. I would rather use any of the official wallets for it (desktop or mobile) and a separate multi currency wallet for other coins.

I m looking for a wallet to send and receive monero and other altcoins. Is there an all in one wallet? Jaxx didnt supports XMR. I dont want to have a lot of wallets. Also try to download official monero wallet and daemon never ends.
