We have re-launched our service, with improved stability and security:
We don't work with e-money at the moment (due to restrictions in Russian laws). We are working with real people, real money and real bank cards.
We are using 3DSecure, so you (and we) are protected.
We are validating credit cards via micro-hold transactions.
Our systems are PCI DSS Level 2 (Merchant) compliant.
We are using EV-SSL certificate and also DNSSEC - you are protected from phishing.
We are using MaxMind service to detect possible fraud transactions.

We are registered merchant at MasterCard and Visa, so you will see our company in bank statement, etc. Currently system is in pilot mode. We plan to restore our previous volume of transactions in 2-3 weeks.

Yes, our service is legit.
We are legal entity registered in Russian Federation.
Also we have merchant API for websites that allow you to receive payments in bitcoins (but your users will pay in dollars, like in any internet shop).
Really? A two post newbie? Lol

Hello yes, this is Legit.

FTFY.

Seriously though, you have a lot of reality to swallow if you honestly believe that making a new account and using it to baselessly assert things is going to have any effect whatsoever.

Came across a website that allows you to use a debit card to purchase bitcoins. I personally feel like its a scam. I want to know if anyone on here has used it before and if so how did it go? money2btc.com

I didn't used that site.
I did a whois search for money2btc.com from WhoisXY.com and found owner details. It looks good only. And i visited the site ScamAdViser.com and it showed "A New Site Involving A High Risk Country." so don't use the site. You can try using Google and find another good site, then start using that site. You can use this method for finding a whether a site is legitimate or a scam one.

If it's a scam, they're doing it wrong.

Also this thread should be in Service Discussion.
