We just added our new "Plinko" game mode!
Why haven't you added the Plinko game icon on the homepage of your casino? Currently the users can only access it from the sidebar.
Our plinko graphic will be added to our homepage soon! Smiley

I am attempting to play the new Plinko game, I need L1 KYC for this?   Shocked
Yup, but this should take less than a minute to fill out, and L2 KYC takes less than a minute as well.

You can see the first 1,000x hit here - monk.gg/?plinkoReplay=676f12b3-b44c-4d70-a576-b9d290ad4f31
Having a replay for the plinko game is nice, there was only one site with this feature in the past but they removed it. Replay is good when we want to share the bet we made to others so others can watch how the ball bounced down to the multiplier. It seems that above win is the max allowed bet amount/max allowed profit per bet. Although you have small bankroll compared to most other casinos, I think you can start to have regular competition in your site with small reward. At least to make your players more attracted to play longer in your casino.
Thanks for the feedback! We plan on adding a replay system for all of our games Smiley. Additionally, the replay that I linked of the 1,000x bet does not exceed the bet limits, for the max profit for a bet is $594.01 BTC and this bet was a $499.50 profit. But our bankroll is expected to grow in the near future.

We aren't allowed to place bets on any games of Monk.gg without updating the level 1 KYC information. @OP, It will be fair to give the message "Please complete Level 1 KYC verification before proceeding" on the deposit page too. The message only appears now when I'm trying to a place bet.

What about if the Plinko game came from a gaming provider? Are replays not possible there too, just like on what we see on their slot games? But there is also a tool like screen recorder that we can use to capture our gameplay.

This casino here have a small bankroll so having a competition would be tough for them, and if they try to reduce the prize as much as possible, I'm afraid that people will not find it appealing anymore to participate. This is what they say that creating a casino business needs a good capital because this is one of the in-demand business, especially nowadays that being online is now more preferred by the people.

We just added our new "Plinko" game mode!
Congrats on this nice addition!
I'm fan of Plinko games but after reading how the provably fair system works.. I found something that I didn't really like or maybe I didn't quite understand it!
On the "Fairness" page it says that a global server seed is generated every 24 hours and won't be revealed unless the 24 hours have passed. Why is that?
Why don't you generate a new seed for each session? The player can end the session any time he wants by requesting the seed to be revealed.
If I hit a long losing streak and start having doubts then I need to be able to verify the results immediately before I decide to continue playing. I don't want to have wait for up to 24 hours.
We can definitely change this in the future if it makes players feel more secure in their bets on our platform. We prioritize player safety and overall experience. However, our current fairness algorithm for plinko is provably fair and any bet can be verified to be fair in the future.

We appreciate the feedback, thanks!

Having limit seems less attractive for players especially who like to find casinos without limits so that they can bet big, but in a regular casino most of the players are not high rollers. Bigger players are fine for making profits but they take bigger too if they manage to win or somehow find something to win over the casino. We already saw some casinos who could not pay bigger wins and as a result they had to close their business. I think Monk.gg is doing well with these limits.
We want to ensure that user's funds are always accounted for, but in the future we will increase our limits to accommodate to higher rollers Smiley

You are welcome and now it looks better :-D

Well, you have to give priority to increase the bankroll of the casino in that case. Gambler will avoid your casino for such low betting limit (for low bankroll).
To increase the limits, they need to have a bigger bankroll and to have a bigger bankroll, they need to have a larger user base. To achieve this, they need time and they need to focus more on promotions and to improve their advertising strategies.
I totally understand the need to set such limits for a new casino with a small bankroll but what I can't understand is why they have different limits for each cryptocurrency!

We actually have a different deposit bonus on Twitter (MONK2024), which requires a 20x wager to claim. This Bitcointalk deposit bonus only requires a 10x wager to claim Smiley
Sorry, I didn't notice the wagering requirement of the Twitter promo code properly. The wagering requirement is indeed 20× for that promo code.

      -   @AB de Royse777 is right; since you are going to promote a casino on this forum platform, you should also be the promoter of it and do something that will encourage other gamblers to take a closer look at the casino you want to know in the field of crypto space.

The more gimmicks a casino has, the more gamblers become curious to see what's inside a casino, sometimes even if other casinos imitate other features in other casinos. and they just changed something a little; other gamblers still beat it because of the curiosity they have, so you should do the same. This is just my opinion.

The primary reason for the low traffic is their max bet and max win limit. They have very low max win limit. I have noticed it for the first time when the game wasn't accepting my $40 bet (in LTC). This limit is also small for a gambler who plays with a small bankroll.

There are only one or two active players on the platform.
That's low number of active players, although they have normal game where players can play against the house but the other games are pvp based game which may make players are not patient enough to wait for other players just for a single bet. The other reasons why it has so low number of players is maybe because there are only 4 games, no good offers that attract players to play longer, and of course this is still a new site so there are many homework to do by the owner if they want to survive in the industry.

10x wagering is indeed not bad. for me, that is achievable also and with your good strategies, you can actually make your bankroll alive and earn more. let us see their next bonus or rewards to the community...because they already should be thinking on their next attraction, right?
10x wagering for this deposit bonus is very achievable and actually is in the player's favor. We did this exclusively for the Bitcointalk community Smiley

Maybe they don't have the plan to offer anything exclusive to the Bitcointalk gambling community.

They should not give up on a platform like this because it's not easy to gain 100's of active players within few weeks. I believe it would be a worst step for them if they don't offer exclusive bonuses and other things for Bitcointalk gamers community.

They'll miss so many good players and that's the worst thing a casino can ever do. I hope that they'll soon offer some exclusive bonuses and other programs for Bitcointalk users so they can get some good players from Bitcointalk gaming community.

the answer to your query is quite interesting. does your first withdrawal triggered their system? well, we won't know their internal protocols regarding this matter. but an honest answer from their side is greatly appreciated.
but good to know that they are giving a deposit bonus for bitcointalk users.
No, my first withdrawal hasn't triggered the KYC verification there. They have completely updated their system. I have noticed that other users are also talking about the mandatory KYC verification on the chat of the casino. BTW, the deposit bonus isn't an exclusive bonus for Bitcointalk forum members. They have offered it for other members too on their twitter post.

Unfortunately, due to our gambling license KYC is required on our platform. However, we use a trusted external KYC provider (Veriff) that makes the KYC process, quick and easy. It shouldn't take longer than a minute or so.
A small number of casinos have taken their gambling license from Curacao master license operator 'Curacao Interactive Licensing N.V.'. The KYC verification isn't mandatory on the other casino where the master license operator is same. I'm wondering that what is the specific reason to make it mandatory on your casino! I was able to place bets and make withdrawal with my first deposit without getting any error message. Have you implemented the mandatory verification system in this month?

but good to know that they are giving a deposit bonus for bitcointalk users. now, once they got the attention of some of the forum gamblers, they need to think next on how to sustain such interest? because we all know the sustenance is quite hard to maintain considering that they are on the pvp gambling side of business.
just think of how many casinos survived on this concept? and you will understand what kind of challenge they are putting into this. i am actually in awe that they really managed to acquire their Curacao license considering the longevity of this type of gambling platform.

UPDATE: To celebrate the recent rollout of our bonus code system, we're giving out a deposit welcome bonus to the Bitcointalk community, enjoy!
The bonus is pretty attractive as it has only 10× wagering requirement. And I liked the system of allowing the user to complete the remaining wager with more deposits (if the user lose the initial deposit). I had tried the bonus and requested for a withdrawal after completing the wagering requirement. It was surprising that my withdrawal was processed instantly. Does Monk.gg process all the withdrawals instantly?

The parlay betting system of the crash game is quite interesting, but it is a bit risky. The max bet limit need to be increased. The UI of the crash and roulette games are also needed to be updated for the mobile users. It is annoying to scroll up and down to place each bets and wait for the result.

All of our withdrawals are instantly processed if a user has completed the level-1 & level-2 KYC requirements.
But my first withdrawal was processed instantly even though I'm not KYC verified on your casino. Anyway, I just found $3 (received from rain) on my account today after visiting Monk.gg. Now I'm getting this message whenever I'm trying to place the bets

Although the level 1 KYC is related to the basic information about a person, still I'm not satisfied with such system.

Your post is like if you don't receive anything from rain drop, your account will not be required to fullfil KYC.

By the way, I would like to know whether the casino allows users to withdraw money without KYC even at basic level. Just with some waiting time, not instant.

Because you successfully withdrawn without KYC, and even instantly proceeded but the term from casino (in the quote) is KYC needed.

hi you have an awesome PVP crypto casino site.. I guess it would be much better if you invested also in your Bitcointalk announcement thread. You can attract more potential users compare to text only site which is less more attractive.  Anyway I like the tipping feature in the website also Multi-crash game.

Having a nice ANN thread is a must but it is not enough to attract potential players because once players are attracted to the ANN thread, they will visit the site to find other attractive offers.
Currently there is not much offer in this site, the number of players seems to be low as well.
Maybe because the main focus is on its pvp mode games where players need to wait other players to play.
They have to provide more promotions/bonuses to attract players to play and stay as long as possible in the site.

We have features currently in the works that are designed to reward loyal and consistent players through rewards, bonuses, etc. And even if the player-base is low, players can still gamble against the house Smiley

it is good that you improve your ANN thread however, one should at least make a second look into it. like if you post your current promos or bonuses. so potential players will be interested in checking out your site.
you can also put what's new in your site such as updates or new contests or bonus programs.
as it is hard to sustain the interest of players in a pvp concept, better offer regular race or any kind of contest that will maintain the curiosity of your players.

Thanks for replying, though I'll be completely honest that I'm still not at ease with casinos requesting for additional KYC documents somewhere down the line especially if it's something related to miniscule violations that could have been resolved with a warning instead of immediately asking for additional personal info. Other than that, I hope that you guys don't go down the route of other casinos that trigger the additional KYC requirements due to simple account issues that other casinos unfortunately went.
Unfortunately, we're not in charge of what constitutes a KYC violation - we must follow the guidelines set by our licensors. However, what we can do is ensure that all of our players have the ability to easily resolve any potential KYC issues that might occur.

We value each player's overall gambling experience on our platform and do not want player's funds to be held up for any reason. On the rare occasion that additional KYC is required, we are committed to resolving the situation swiftly.

From what I see your casino was created a few months ago along with this token, I say this because according to https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/monk-gg I see that your token started to be added to this site on the day August 30th, this means that your casino ran to launch a token without yet having the whitepaper and without having created an advertising campaign for the casino, so I'm wondering how the price of this token would rise if the casino didn't have many customers to are playing and using this token? I don't understand why they rushed to launch this token in August and only this November they came to create ANN Thread on this forum. How many months has your casino been operating?

With so many good old casinos, how does your casino intend to compete with old casinos? How does your casino intend to compete with other casinos that also have a utility token? Even if your whitepaper is not ready yet, I think it would not be difficult to tell us what the advantages of your utility token will be, this will help us understand how this token could increase in price. Why is the token not yet listed on many exchanges? There are many unanswered questions for a token that has already been on the market for 90 days, we will see what will be in the whitepaper, in my opinion most of these casino tokens end in failure and losses for those who buy and decide to hodl
We have just released our whitepaper here: https://whitepaper.monk.gg - Feel free to let us know what you think!

The parlay bet on crash games is quite unique. Personally, I have never seen any casino offer such a feature until now. It introduces a new betting option where players can take their luck to new heights.

Regarding the risk level, do you believe these three types are fair enough?

Additionally, do you provide multiple bet options on a single round of Crash without requiring them to be part of a parlay bet

Yes, this is our own original crash game, made completely in-house from our development team.

All of our games are provably fair and the casino (us) cannot know of any of the game results until they are played.

And yes, you can place multiple bets on a single round without having to make it a parlay bet.

Nice games you have here, as other memebers have already pointed, pvp gambling is still less popular among players, but I think it will eventually become the more common form among gamblers with a strong knowledge about crypto

But, I have to say, PvP and KYC usually attract very diferent people, most guys who will dig PvP betting will be reluctuant to a deep verification

Our token integration details are soon to come (within the next week) in our upcoming whitepaper. This will outline the token's utility and its relation to our platform, including it being used as a deposit/withdrawal method (and more!). Since the whitepaper is not out yet, we have excluded it from our ANN post. Once it is released, we will update our ANN thread accordingly and include the link to our whitepaper.

That holds promise, a house token can be either a nice tool for both the casino and players or not useful
l at all, depends on how you manage it, I'm interested in see yours when it's ready
We understand the PvP is usually only successful if there is already a large community willing to play, which is why we included the option for Player-vs-House games as well

Also, our whitepaper was released last week - https://whitepaper.monk.gg

Appreciate the feedback and response Cheesy

Welcome Monk.gg , have checked your site and yes it was good and easy to navigate and
also having unique crash games volatility looks like you are offering better cashing out .
creating account now to try your crash game because I am also a fan and have been
playing to various sites but disappointed to which mostly bad losses.
Parlay Example: If a player bets $5 each on low, medium, and high ($15 total) with auto-cashout targets of 2x, 3x, and 4x - then their total return is $15 * (2*3*4), or $360!

I am not a fan of crash game but your parlay feature on this game is something interesting, it is really new and unique because I have never heard about such a feature before in other crash sites.
I can say that it is your main selling point compared to other sites but of course it is not enough to attract crash lovers out there.
For now I'll be waiting till you have more games, because I do like a casino that provide many games.
Maybe you can try to make reward/vip system as your priority first because many gamblers are now looking for loyalty rewards for their gambling activity as one of the reason to choose a casino.
We appreciate the feedback and yes, we definitely plan on expanding our rewards/VIP system ASAP to make it more rewarding for all of our loyal players Smiley
That should be a great plan extending your rewards for your VIP and loyal players, cant wait to be one .

From statistics and all I could see on similarweb.com, it clearly shows that your casino is drastically improving in terms of traffic to casino, which is a very good one, as it has got over 46.1k site visit for the past 30 days, with an increase of over 62% than what it got last month, which is a very nice one, and good sign your marketing strategy is actually yielding good result for your casino. So on that note, I have no much to say, but rather encourage your casino to keep on the good marketing strategy you have started, because if only you could keep adding additional just 40% site visits each month, before this time next year, your casino should be sure of generating over a million plus site visits.

We are the first and only website that has the unique multi-crash game that allows players to 'parlay' crash bets!
~

The parlay bet on crash games is quite unique. Personally, I have never seen any casino offer such a feature until now. It introduces a new betting option where players can take their luck to new heights.

Regarding the risk level, do you believe these three types are fair enough?

Additionally, do you provide multiple bet options on a single round of Crash without requiring them to be part of a parlay bet

Welcome Guys in bitcointalk , its been rarely welcoming PvP gambling nowadays and also you are offering your own token? yet you should have readied your Whitepaper before even starting to open your ANN Thread because that will be the basis of checking from the potential users and even investors.\But about the casino you might be truly a homegrowing once you focused here in advertising in Bitcointalk forum.
-snip-
Ok, I think the parlay is like sportsbooks.

While we predict for the upcoming 10 match/bet, we can set up our cashout + If we successfully all we can get more odds. It's make the crash more volatility than normal crash, actually is the first time.

Good luck.
that is maybe their strategy to gain new players , being unique in this area? lets take this as new approach from them .

Leading Crypto Sports Betting & Casino Platform
welcome to the forum, I'm honestly wondering how it is possible that in less than 60 days 3 or 4 new casinos have appeared on this forum which are casinos that have tokens and the most unbelievable thing is that the new casinos that have come in the last 2 months do not They said that they also have a token, they created ANN Thread here on the forum and only talked about the casino and didn't say anything about the casino token, I'm wondering why they act this way and why in the last 2 months most new casinos have a token casino?

this token:

https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/monk-gg

Apparently is your casino token. he fell by 24%, which is a big loss for the people who bought this token. I ask you:

- what plans do you have for this token to increase in price?

- why in this thread when you mentioned that the deposit and withdrawal methods are:

Bitcoin
Litecoin
Dogecoin
Ethereum

You didn't mention about your token? Is your token not being accepted for deposits and withdrawals? So your token doesn't have much use, I'm curious to know what concrete use your token has, why did you create this token?
Our token integration details are soon to come (within the next week) in our upcoming whitepaper. This will outline the token's utility and its relation to our platform, including it being used as a deposit/withdrawal method (and more!). Since the whitepaper is not out yet, we have excluded it from our ANN post. Once it is released, we will update our ANN thread accordingly and include the link to our whitepaper.

Excel is fun
This KYC process must be completed only once. After this, the user can withdraw freely as long as they are not suspected of violating any of our KYC/AML policies. If we suspect any violation, we can subject the user to go through the KYC process again.

This is one of the things that most players hate on crypto casinos because we really don't have any say on how you determine an individual account's violation on KYC/AML policies. I'd like to know how hard this KYC process would be should you deem an account to be in violation of the said policies. Would it be something that requires intricate personal information like financial capabilities etc. that other casinos or gambling platforms enforce?
We would never unjustifiably flag a user for KYC/AML violation - we will always provide proof and give the user the ability to refute the claim. KYC/AML is something that we, as a casino, must take seriously based on the standards set by our licensors and regulators.

The KYC information that would be required is dependent on the case. It can be a simple ID verification or we can request more than that. Regardless, we want to ensure that this process would be swift and easy - we'd never want to hold up users funds and ruin the overall experience the player has on our platform.

The average player that uses our platform should not be worried though, we only stated our KYC/AML stance for complete transparency.
[/quote]

Thanks for replying, though I'll be completely honest that I'm still not at ease with casinos requesting for additional KYC documents somewhere down the line especially if it's something related to miniscule violations that could have been resolved with a warning instead of immediately asking for additional personal info. Other than that, I hope that you guys don't go down the route of other casinos that trigger the additional KYC requirements due to simple account issues that other casinos unfortunately went.

OP, is there a way to see the previous rounds? at least 20 to 30 previous rounds, not only 3 (screenshot).
I know its a game of luck and previous rolls have no affect on future results but many of crash gamblers still bet depends on that/statistics.

If you look on desktop, you can see up to the last 12 crash rounds. But based on user feedback, we can give players the ability to see more game data & statistics in the future Smiley

If that be the case it is okay but do you not think that it would be very tiring for prospective clients to be going through that stress of waiting for it to load the mail so as to communicate or send ticket ? Because I would prefer it be a live chat support because I believe many people would prefer that aspect as it eases them the stress of going through mailing and all that. Why not just do a direct live chat because most people would likely not have the time to sending mails but are okay with live chat support so they could trash out their challenges with the casino in question. I believe you know what I am talking about here.
We will definitely add a live support chat in the future - for now, we promise to pay close attention to our support email and our Discord ticketing system.
Okay, if that is your resolution then it is up to your casino to handle and that would be fine but I just think you would consider those of your potential clients who would prefer having a support chat for enquiries and information but not withstanding as a new casino here it would be nice you do a good publicity so as to gain attention to your casino since it is a new one here. Do not forget that there are other big names here for which you would have to contend with. I believe that would give you a good edge over others as the case may be.

I see you have a very functional and well-designed website. For the games, I don't see any slots, sports-betting, nor live games... are you planning to add them in the future?
IMO you had such strong launch head-start compared to other casinos that introduced themselves here. Best of luck!
Slots might be added in the future - but there are no immediate plans at the moment. We believe providing a fresh, and brand new product to the crypto-gambling space will give players a unique gambling experience that can only be experienced on our platform.

It is? But I wonder why most popular casinos doesn't have it yet. I think it shows that many casinos who has it, didn't survived that long. I'm not discouraging this casino here, as the survivability of the casino can still/also depend on different factors, not only that. So, good luck to them. They need to try harder and follow the suggestions given by the users here.

Yes, we still need that pVh or player versus house other than pVp because there are players who don't like it and then there might be times where the rooms are full or there are lack of players to start the game. So while waiting, players can try other instant games for a while.
We understand that not everything will want to play or wait for PvP games, which is why we still have options for PvH wagering on our platform Smiley

Okay, these parlay thing is new for me.

Do you have more details about how these schemes work? This is the first time to seen "parlay" things on crash. I was thinking, we can get more odds while we can predict 5-10 successful betting.

First time to see these
We are the first and only website that has the unique multi-crash game that allows players to 'parlay' crash bets!

It works like this:

There are 3 different crash 'risk' types:
  • Low Risk: 3% chance of 1.00x instant crash, crash multiplier starts at 1.01×
  • Medium Risk: 20% chance of 1.00x instant crash, crash multiplier starts at 1.20×
  • High Risk: 50% chance of 1.00x instant crash, crash multiplier starts at 1.90×
Players have the option to bet on each, or all, of the crash risk types in a single bet.

If a player places bets on one or more crash risk types, they have the option to parlay their bet. If all of your parlay bets hit (reach the auto-cashout multiplier), then the player wins total the parlay multiplier. This multiplier can be calculated by multiplying all of the auto-cashout targets of your parlay bets together. However, if one of your bets loses (crashes), then your entire parlay is lost.

Parlay Example: If a player bets $5 each on low, medium, and high ($15 total) with auto-cashout targets of 2x, 3x, and 4x - then their total return is $15 * (2*3*4), or $360!

Let me know if that makes sense Smiley

I am intrigued to know to your point of view of your casino name, "Monk.gg". This is the first time that I saw a casino incorporating "religious terms" to their actual business name, in your case, "Monk".

I get how the name Monk.gg may seem a little odd for a casino, what with the religious meanings behind monk.  But I actually think it's a pretty cool name and.  It has a certain mystique about it,  it suggests that the casino is a place where you can go to relax, kick back and get away from the grind of daily life. In fact, I believe it works nicely for a casino, considering the focus on mindfulness and discipline that monks are known for.  And besides, the term "monk" doesn't have to be exclusively religious. Monk can also be someone's last name, for example.

Player versus player (PvP) model is a good one for a casino to host competitions among players. Casino will play its role as a middle man to host those competitions of their players and get hosting fee.

PvP model is a good supplementary mode for a casino together with Player vs house mode between players and the casino.

The thrill of PvP gambling games is a good article about PvP.

Welcome you to Bitcointalk forum.

I like your site because you offer some original games, which are probably fair and the user interface is nice. I feel like we need more of this kind of casinos because 95% of the new casinos are the same nowadays, all made with providers and not fair games at all (Slots).

The only think that i don't like at all is the provably fair engine. Users should provide a user seed for the result. The fact that part of the fairness is a block hash makes it fair but is not my favorite method. For mee to feels like it's out of users hands and is pure luck.

Want top-notch marketing for your project, Hire me
We do understand that in order for PvP platforms to work, there needs to be an established core player-base/community - which we hope to attract over the next couple months with the cool stuff we have in mind. However, we currently offer player-vs-house games that allows players to wager against the house if no users are online or if they prefer to play solo.
As said by others, PvP gambling platforms hardly survive but with constantly established and thriving plans things should work out. However, you guys also need to start by creating a marketable Ann thread and Bitcointalk promotion marketing which have helped a lot of gambling platforms to become industry-leading.
If you guys have a marketing plan, etc let's talk. In the meantime, you never say anything about Level 1 benefits on your platform.

Welcome to the forum and as suggested, make use of your copper membership and put some attractive images.

And in regards to being transparent, it's nice that you have mentioned that someone needs to get into level-2 kyc in order to withdraw. At least that's clear before someone complains that they can't withdraw and you have asked for it.

Anyway, just to say that it is one reason why many won't proceed and already stops them in knowing a casino when they can see what they like at the start.

Welcome to the BitcoinTalk platform. It is nice having you here. I checked your platform, and I must say that you have a good user interface to start with and well-designed graphics. If I may ask, is your customer care service active on your website? because I tried chatting with them to make inquiries, but it was not coming forth. However, I will advise you to do a review on your casino to get things well done before the start so as to avoid any issues in the future, just as I just noticed about your customer care service.
Our customer support can be reached in our Discord server by making a support ticket - and we haven't received any tickets since this post was made. If you have any concerns open a ticket there, thanks.

OP, what then happened to the support on your website, which is very important? Do you think everyone who visits your website will find it okay to click to join your discord when there are lots of hacks on discord ? Must someone click on Discord before you give them attention? This is beginning to sound fishy. How can you put up a support chat box when it is not functional? Someone was able to observe it and call your attention and what you could do is refer them to your discord server Do you think everyone has a Discord account? Can someone or a prospective client not make enquiries about your casino online or via your support?

Is this the only way to get in touch with your customer support?  Don't get me wrong - I dig Discord.  It's great for gamers and chatting and stuff.  But for getting help with a problem on your website or account or whatever?  Seems like kind of a hassle. And not everybody even uses Discord or knows how it works.

So yeah maybe keep Discord around for community stuff.  But y'all should really look into adding email and live chat support too.  Just more options, ya know? It'd make life easier for your customers.  And happier customers means more business for you guys.  Think about it.

We apologize for the inconvenience, a support email ([email protected]) was just added. Most of our community thus far preferred using Discord as a support ticketing system - but we realize that not everyone might be comfortable using Discord.
So now feel free to send any support messages to [email protected], thanks - appreciate the feedback.

Welcome to the BitcoinTalk platform. It is nice having you here. I checked your platform, and I must say that you have a good user interface to start with and well-designed graphics. If I may ask, is your customer care service active on your website? because I tried chatting with them to make inquiries, but it was not coming forth. However, I will advise you to do a review on your casino to get things well done before the start so as to avoid any issues in the future, just as I just noticed about your customer care service.

welcome to the forum, I'm honestly wondering how it is possible that in less than 60 days 3 or 4 new casinos have appeared on this forum which are casinos that have tokens and the most unbelievable thing is that the new casinos that have come in the last 2 months do not They said that they also have a token, they created ANN Thread here on the forum and only talked about the casino and didn't say anything about the casino token, I'm wondering why they act this way and why in the last 2 months most new casinos have a token casino?

this token:

https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/monk-gg

Also, as far as I know Curacao license is cheap compared to what other countries are charging. It's obvious casinos are going to choose the cheapest jurisdiction with the easiest access to licenses.

Okay, thanks for the information but I was thinking that, each casino in the world make the registration under it government and not from another country but from what I understand from your comment, Casino companies from another country can also register under "Curaçao" which is not under their jurisdiction. And if it is like that then casinos will definitely choose the one that is cheap. Though as I said, I was thinking license is issued to them from their various governments.  And to the Op I also agreed with Slow death questions, and wanting to know why the token of the casino is not among the deposit and withdrawal while it is your own token. The thing is not clear for us. please make it clear. Though I didn't recognized that when visited the site.

Why is it that all the new casinos are registering from "Curaçao"? Is it the only company or country that is registering and giving license to gambling companies? I am asking this because I have seen many casinos here using that name which authorized them to operate. or is it that all the casinos that are operating here are from that country?

A little bit of googling could answer your question.

An online gambling company operating in Curacao enjoys a tax rate of zero and zero on corporate tax. As long as revenue is generated outside of the country, there is no tax payable on any of the income to the Curacao gaming company.

Also, as far as I know Curacao license is cheap compared to what other countries are charging. It's obvious casinos are going to choose the cheapest jurisdiction with the easiest access to licenses.

Unfortunately I'm area restricted, so I cannot check the casino and I suspect you don't want people to use VPN...

By the way you are welcome to the bitcointalk forum, the largest forum for bitcoin. The project you bring to the forum is very nice one therefore to make it more attractive, you have to develop the ANN thread more for adding images and for you to do that you need to buy copper member. And also make your KYC clear for people to understand. Then finally, you have to meet a manager to guide you what to do.

Welcome to bitcointalk and good luck with your project. It's always nice to see a new casino that offers PvP games!
Can you tell us what information the user needs to provide to complete the level-2 verification and is it possible to disclose the name of the third-party company that will handle verifications?

A friendly advice, avoid making multiple posts in a row as it's against forum rules.
A valid ID needs to be provided to complete level-2 KYC verification. This whole process is handled by Veriff and should not take longer than a couple of minutes.
Also didn't know that making multiple posts in a row was against the rules, thanks for letting us know Smiley - we'll start making longer posts with multiple replies like this one

But if we are legit gamblers and suddenly goes up and that KYC becomes a problem I do hope that their platform will have a speedy process. I think there could just be subtle problems just like when we encounter passing KYC to exchanges. I mean they want clearer pictures and other small details that they can distinguished a fake docs to real one.
We have a fast KYC process done through Veriff. The entire process, from start to finish, should only take a couple of minutes.

Welcome to the forum mate. PvP casinos have different space in a gamblers heart to be honest. We as a gambler loves to battle against other players rather than the house. So definitely many gamblers will be excited to check the games you have OP. The ANN thread looks decent but can be improved. You can take inspiration from other sites and can design an attractive ANN if possible. My only concern is that, what is the house edge on the games mentioned here in the OP? Will leave a detailed review after thoroughly checking the site.
Thanks for the kind words Smiley
Our edge for our PvP games are dynamic - as you level up your fee goes down. Users start at a 3% fee and it goes down by 0.1% for each level they gain - eventually getting a 1% PvP fee after reaching the max level.

Welcome to the forum!
Good to see a P2P casino creating an announcement page and clearly stating that Level-2 KYC is mandatory for withdrawals. That should clear the doubt in anyone's mind and also help the casino attain trust in the future. I know a lot of us here do not like to play with the house therefore I am assuming good traffic from the forum by the regular gambling community should come and try the games. I would like to see some exclusive offers by you guys for the community.
Appreciate the welcome Smiley
But yes, we want to be transparent on our KYC standards - we do not want users to have a poor experience where they deposit and are unable to complete the mandatory KYC required in order to withdraw.

I have to say that it is the first time for me to experience a "parlay" option on games like Crash..... so that is a refreshing.   Wink

I also like that you guys are not beating around the bush about your KYC requirements from the start, because most "new" casinos try the zero KYC route first and then do a 180 switch when they acquired enough gamblers. (Only to lose a lot of them, because they joined the casino for the zero KYC option)

The interface is "clean" without too many bells and whistles and you are not bombarded with advertisements and a wall of text on the first page.  Wink
Thank you for the comments - we plan on releasing more games over the next couple of months that have not been seen in the crypto-gambling space Wink

Welcome into this forum Monk.gg!

As been shows that you have already purchased copper membership. Then its time to make your ANN thread to be fancy. People would usually be that
get impressed when ANN thread do looks professional and catchy.

Did make out some surf into the site, it isnt bad looking but those icons and images do really look like on Stake or i have seen this somewhere.
Well, its not surprising that most casino sites existing today are almost that identical.Your next target should be some exposure
or simply with marketing.
We actually had the game icons custom made - without any 3rd party inspiration. If they look like another casino's, then it just happens to be coincidence. However, we will be improving our designs, UI, etc over the coming months.

Welcome to the forum Monk!
I have seen player Vs player games on very few casinos. This is new for me so I am very much interested in seeing what reviews we get.

What attracted me is: Multi Crash game. Frankly I might have missed OR I might have never seen “multi crash” game anywhere else except monk. I studied it for few minutes and man it’s a real adrenaline rush game. I’m not sure how the algorithm works behind it but I would say it is 3x chance in the same gameplay.

Maybe it is similar to those crash games where we can bet 2 times and cash out on two different occasion. However, in your case there is three types High risk, low risk and medium risk outputs. So I’m not sure if it is way to attract the users or there is really some meaning to that. Just Cool. Hope you guys get amazing response from the forum!

like what said by others , it is good to see your acknowledgement about your level2 KYC and yes that seems to be honest from your side so having more related gamblers that willing to pass KYC will engaged in your site .

Same observation mate , like yours this is my first time  to experience or to see a Parlay in Crash game lol.

Good Job Monk.gg though your Domaine seems to be irrelevant or not sounds like a gambling platform  Grin

They would hate it if there's no explanation regarding on violation and just stated that reason. But for us to know about what those important thing to avoid I guess its better to read their TOS since this could give us more idea about what are the things they don't like to be done by their user. And if we are all clean then we don't need to worry with that.

Also we should never engage on using multiple account to abuse their potential bonusses to be given if they plan to have this since its automatically off for them and huge chance that there something bad will happen to our account.

Welcome Monk.gg  here .

Sometimes it is good to see and believe those casino sites(specially those new one that starts advertising here) about their clarity in KYC , those sites that literally mentioning about the use of KYC in their site than those pretending not to ask, or some that tries to fool gamblers about them having Low kyc verification and some even try to hide their questioning in Terms of COnditions and players will be shocked then being asked upon withdrawal.

Good to see you being transparent and vocal about this , and with that I will be checking and creating account in your site and may consider depositing sooner.

Our platform is developed in-house and is not reliant on any 3rd-party casino software providers.
And of course, your player-to-player feature, PVP is not popular in the gambling community you need to build supporters and community around your platform and you can do this by launching a review campaign and a signature campaign it will help to market your features and become a competitive gambling platform.
But before you need to fix your announcement as recommended by other members post images that will highlight your casino's best features, when it comes to making an announcement first impression last.

We do understand that in order for PvP platforms to work, there needs to be an established core player-base/community - which we hope to attract over the next couple months with the cool stuff we have in mind. However, we currently offer player-vs-house games that allows players to wager against the house if no users are online or if they prefer to play solo.
You got to do more than just attractive bonuses because if I'm being honest, I don't think that it's going to be what your players will be staying for, I assume that you're going to need more than just temporary players that are casino hopping so I got to say that you need to find other ways to gather loyal player base and I think that's more important than tourist like casinos. I can't think of anything that will help you with that but I am sure that you're going to find a way. Maybe giving them some sort of multiplier bonus when they've played this much game, you know giving them a 2x on their next win or something like that, that would be fun.

Welcome to the community, recently we have another established platform who made a PvP game as well. And I think this is just the beginning for PvP, although this kind of games have been existing for the last couple of years. But I think it will have it's time and probably this will be this year or beyond.

most pvp gambling platforms have hard time sustaining and surviving this business. so don't know what are the plans here for them to attract players and sustain their presence. though it is too early to tell, but you can't see much of pvp platforms because they couldn't stay long.
in terms of kyc, as a new player, better not be strict for now. we can understand they have license but to attract players, they should not be very strict for now. considering that pvp concept alone is hard to sustain.

It's too early to say though that this kind of business will not survived. Maybe it was not that popular, but if casinos specially big ones will carry this one then I do believed that it will also take the gaming industry by storm.

Just like what we have seen in crash games, before nobody wanted to play it, but in 2-4 years, many platform as carry it and I will say one of the favorite games because of the rush that you can get out it.

While secondly, since you are just new to the forum, I will also suggest what if you run a mini review contest, so as to have people interact with your casino person to person game, so as to test how it works, and then give possible solutions so as to help you perfect your gambling site for gamblers, or likely run a contest or signature, so as to have more exposure to it's million site visitors (i.e depending on how much budget you have at the moment).

In accordance with our gambling license, level-2 KYC verification must be completed in-order to withdraw. We use a reputable 3rd-party service that makes the level-2 KYC verification process quick and easy.
I just want clarity regarding this part, is this for any amount or not? what I mean about this is that will the gambler be subjected to KYC no matter how small or big the withdrawal request is?
