That sounds like the answer. From what I've read on this forum they're very strict on duplicate accounts/IPs.

Let me be very clear, the referrals did not expire. My referrals are at 100% for Dash, Doge and Litecoin. All the Moon faucets are on the front page of my site, which gets like 1500 views a day, and climbing. I think they turned them off. There are multiple people that work for CryptoNinja.co and we may have had 2 accounts that were in the same IP, and they decided it was a violation, I am an unsure since nobody responds to my messages, but it should be 100% like the others, instead it appears all the referrals I built up are just gone.

Anyone else having this problem? Ever since they updated it to where you get a referral bonus with each claim, my referrals are now not working at all. I have emailed them and messaged them on twitter with no response.

may be current level of earnings is too low for them and they don't want to work?

I have one active referral and get a 1% bonus every time I claim. I was at 2% a few days ago. It's not much, but it's something. I have only twelve clicks on my referral link, perhaps your users have trouble converting because they must sign up/sign in with their wallet first? That could be pushing people away? I'm not sure. Also, it's such a big faucet, maybe it is getting harder and harder to find users who have never claimed from that faucet before. Because once they do, they cannot be referred, even if it was months or years ago.

Thanks.

Have not emailed coinpot, however they have not responded in the past. Are they the same people as Moon? Moon has not responded either.

Yes, I am positive. I can see lots of clicks every day through my site.

I have tried 2 different ref links and neither seems to be working.

Note: Moon Dash, Litecoin and Doge refs still working.

That is strange, and worrying. Have you had any communication back from CoinPot yet? Have you tried contacting the faucet admins?

(Great looking site BTW)

Mine are active too. Are you sure they haven't just 'dropped off' as referrals sometimes do?
