And you have to feel lucky if you don't get "unexpected error" (in this case then you don't receive your tokens for claming because the claim does not count!).

It's not problem with rate and price. I know they have reduced the faucet filling rate and it's automatic. Fluctuate with crypto rate.   That site and all other sites of MOON have the same issue. May they have problem on site code or connection problem with coinpot or problem with database connection which showing 'unexpected' error.

Althought claim rates are updated like this (as in faucet web says):

really I've just claimed after last night time for 0.00000002 BTC:

And today it was the first time this YEAR I've got to claim 1st time a day without "unexpected error". Grin

Well, it's understandable that Moonbitcoin and other Coinpot faucet rewards is directly connected with Bitcoin price. When it goes up, faucet rewards goes down. But wait 4 hours to get 1 Satoshi, c'mon, is people really do that? Probably it's time for faucets to introduce new units of Satoshi for rewards like 0.5 Satoshi. How it should be called? Maybe MicroSatoshi? Cheesy

check current claim rate you will get the idea as BTC price has increased claims have been reduced. Below are my claim rates yours can be different depending on the location

Current claim rates
×
The table below shows the claim rates at 2021-01-06 02:01:28 (UTC).
Time between claims   Payout
5 minutes    0.00000000
10 minutes    0.00000000
15 minutes    0.00000000
30 minutes    0.00000000
1 hour    0.00000000
4 hours    0.00000001
1 day    0.00000001
4 days    0.00000001
1 week    0.00000002
4 weeks    0.00000002
Important
These claim rates are adjusted automatically depending on a number of factors (including the current Bitcoin/USD exchange rate and revenue received from adverts/donations). So although we are committed to making Moon Bitcoin the highest paying faucet around, there will be times when these amounts go down as well as up.

Having problem claiming from moon sites.
Some time it claims 000 amount to coinpot or showing unexpected error and making claiming amount 00.

I suffer exactly the same last weeks: unexpected error or really 0.00000000 BTC claimed (bonus included of course).

This happens specially the first daily claim.

Edit: Now I've just claimed and received 0.00000001 (before bonus).

It seems that the unexpected errors and 0 quantity claim happens the 1st daily claim only, or randomly lol

The red sorry messages on faucets are a sign of turning into scam  Grin
Btw, why do you waste your time with moonbitcoin, they are using country filter for the claims.
Also using xapo might be very bad for your wallet' wealth  Grin
Look for faucet games which are paying in faucethub  Wink

I didn't had similar problems in last days. Last night moonbit.co.in faucet was disabled due to maintenance for some time and maybe now all problems are fixed.
Worst part that's almost impossible to contact them: their email isn't working, they don't have thread on bitcointalk and they ignore all messages on facebook and twitter.

"Don't waste your time and life with faucets. Maybe you think it is free money but it isn't. You are sitting whole day and you are solving captchas for what? half cent?"...

That's a crack-up, and wildly arrogant.  I make a small fortune from faucets.  The value proposition is very strong right now for people in economically depressed regions and countries.  What seems insignificant to you is wildly significant to others.  Faucets are recession proof.  I claim and refer, which increases my earnings.  I know which offerwalls and programs boost my earnings and pay reliably. And it only takes me two hours a day. Smiley

I don't spend what I earn so the overall value of my holdings continues to increase.  I sell BTC for fiat at a premium on a monthly basis, so I have tangible monthly income for my time.

It always amazes me how easily people give bullshit advice. LOL

Moon Bitcoin has a huge user base, and it's clunky as hell.  I have to imagine just keeping up with security, servers and bandwidth, changing technical factors, etc., is a lot of work.  Like the increase in Xapo fees.  Or the increased fees for direct payouts.  I have to give them the benefit of the doubt.  If it weren't some substantial issue, they would be up and running.  It hurts them too much to be down this long.

Besides, a lot of large professional faucets are going through it right now.  Today there were some weird referral payouts at Bitfun.  Huge payout swings on offerwalls and other programs.  Everyone is trying to figure it out.  How to adapt what they are doing to the sudden growth and growing pains of Bitcoin.

Of course, they have stopped paying since past two days but as per my assessment, everyone knows that bitcoin has build up its value to peak. This is the reason why they let not claim satoshis  their users.
If the value of BTC goes down, they might restore it soon

Isn't the claim rate somehow adjusted reagarding current BTC/USD rate? It would make no sense to me to disable faucet instead of decreasing claim. Additionally every successful claim equals income for the site owners, so I really doubt they'd risk loss of users loyalty.

If your internet connection is stable and if your account also has no problem may be the problem is in your browser did you try to logging in different browsers and get the problem still? You can try to clear cache your browsers and try again. If the issue is still the same then you have to wait their reply since you contact them already.

Using wired internet connection all the way to ISP. Used both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. I tried two different accounts (my usual one and one new one created to diagnose issue) in private/incognito modes. I used my home internet and work internet connections to try different IP addresses. No avail. I just wanted someone to do a successful Xapo faucet claim, and nobody was able to test that for me to make sure it wasn't on my end. Like, maybe wrongful termination of my account, or banning my IP for some unknown reason. Maybe Cloudflare was messing with my region/territory. Etc.

It looks like I missed the timing window on the Daily Loyalty Bonus. This really sucks. I've been doing it at least once everyday (actually, once per hour when I'm at my desk, which is usually 12 hours or so), and now I'm going to lose all that, because of an issue I can't pinpoint. I think there is a lesson to be learned here for anyone else using faucets, especially moonbit.co.in. Don't bank on Daily Loyalty Bonus, if they can't hold up their end. I'll have to restart now, unless they fix the issue, and give everyone their bonuses back somehow. I'll keep you posted if I hear anything from them. Currently, it has been 27 hours since my account worked.

Thanks for all your help team bitcointalk.

Update: Apparently, my e-mail wasn't even sent, and G-mail has been trying to send it to them this whole time. Their mailbox is full.

Maybe try a new wallet address and then do the old one again?

I'm not using wallet address. I'm using Xapo, so I type e-mail address in when I log in. Maybe Xapo is the problem?

I'm from USA too, so it doesn't seem like a geographic issue. Thanks for helping, buddy.

If the value of BTC multiplies by 10x or 100x then yea, I would say faucets are worth it.

I was able to claim successfully from Moonbitco.in today. Maybe try a different browser or incognito mode?

I tried it incognito. I tried a different account. I tried a different IP address. Nothing working so far. What's your location? Maybe the server I'm near has a bad cache or something.

I am in the USA.

Maybe try a new wallet address and then do the old one again?

I've been getting an error for the past 21 hours when claiming faucet on Moonbit.co.in. Is anyone else having an issue as well?
OK, i checked and everything is working just fine.
I e-mailed them & tweeted them, and no response.
You probably wont get any response here either. I didn't found thread in micro earnings section but you can check it as well in case i missed it.

Someone please point me in the right direction.
