Few days ago, Theymos suggested to give 2 option to user while joining the forum.

1. I am here for learning.
2. I am here for bounties/earning

I think if user chooses option 1, message will be displayed as below.
"Welcome to bitcointalk"

If user chooses option2. Then he will re directed to Moon forum.

Wow , It is really nice, They give option to Theymos.

I seriously doubt if people are going to be honest about their choice. Why would you opt for option 2 and then miss out on the wealth of information that are provided on this forum and also the bounties that are available here?

A site like Bitcointalk.org is successful because it offers a balance between good quality content and very high activity levels. The high concentration of users and the return traffic is what advertisers are looking for. Why would Theymos re-direct valuable traffic to a competitor forum?

Thank you very much for sharing, I need some bounty tasks now.
Relatively speaking, this will not lose money, only need to invest time.

It happened after the bounty thread OEL Foundation was removed from bitcointalk for breaking the rules. A new thread was started on moonforum. I think that now the company Amazix will start on moonforum. Sorry for my English.

Ohhh, I was unaware of this OEL issue. Yes amazix is supporting Moonforum and it is also an opportunity for bounty hunters they can get more stakes.

In fact, the Moonforum is own by Amazix, I have visited it, its UX/UI designer is a little bad.

Well I like there interface, look and feel. Few additional things like banning is transparent, thanks button etc.

Even though there's another forum but they still need populated forum or high traffic forum as mentioned by joniboini in order to spread the information about their ICO so that it will make it easier for them to promote their project.

I don't think that it would be beneficial for the bounty campaign if they share literally the same audience. The ones who will benefit the most are the members who both have campaigns for BCT and Moonforum which means the campaign participants are the ones who will most likely benefit as they will be earning from both forums. Just imagine it this way if Moonforum users are also BCT members it will have little effect for their promotions as they are just showing their campaign to the same persons over and over again.

Exactly. And its possible that's its gonna be a haven for bounty cheaters as well. 1 for BCT and 1 on Moonforum, BOOM!!.

I'm sure that they are flocking right this very moment, so If I'm the bounty campaign manager I will take a close look at those joining moving forward.

I think a lot of the older forum members would welcome a new forum that might draw some of the signature campaign hunters to another platform, so it is not a bad idea to offer an alternative platform for this. The thing is, companies are looking for maximum exposure to their products or services and I doubt if there will be any competition to what is on offer here at Bitcointalk.org.

The activity and user totals on Bitcointalk.org is much higher than any other forum that I have ever joined.

So what you think Moonforum can be on opportunity for signature bounty members. To run campaign at both forum?Huh

It is possible to run a campaign at both forum, but I doubt a lot of projects will do that. Usually, ICOs will only run their campaign at a website with high daily traffic. They still need more promotions.

I found a sgnature campaign MOBU for both bitcointalk and Moonforum.

Good find and share on your part! I'm sure plenty of newer members here will flock to Moonforum to chase the MOBU signature campaign you mention.

Does the MOBU campaign payout in Bitcoin or in another cryptocurrency?

Cheers.
