I don't think that would be beneficial.
Most porn sites are not accepting payments via BTC and those with the more material are accepting only fiat.
It would be hard to find good content in the websites that accept BTC as payments.

There are so many free porn movies available online that you do not need to pay for them. There are also live nude chats and lot of other stuff and I do not think that people will pay for them when they get them free.

Not myself because I know I can get it for free on many webistes but there are people who want to see exclusive contents and full length videos by subscribing to that sites.

Since a few sites offer their network price for < $20/m - y not?
And paying with BTC just puts some anonymity in it.
