1. Uninstall ALL ATI Drivers.

2. Install Catalyst 11.4

3. Install ATI Stream SDK 2.1

4. Profit.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for the help Smiley

I am now running at 1000/165 @ 1.35 volts (yes I figured out to down clock mem Smiley). My temps are on 80C and at night the fan speed is audible but during the day it goes to like 50% but im not home so I dont care Smiley

I am getting a water block for my card in 2 weeks time so looking forward to that Cheesy

Any way @  1000/165 @ 1.35 volts I am getting 420Mhash/s and using the 2.4 SDK drivers

How do you guys get 450MHash/s with only 40mhz more core clock than me?

And yes, I tried putting my ram to 300 and no I dont get any higher Cheesy Cheesy

Thanks a mil guys Smiley

Bringing down that mem clock can give a little headroom, maybe and extra 10 MHz out of the core, but well worth it.

Don't worry about down clocking your Memory Speed too much. It doesn't increase hash speed directly. What it does is it gives a little bit more overhead since Mining doesn't actually require high speed memory. But if you want to push every bit out of your card you might be able to do it by:

1) Modifying MSI Afterburner config file (google it)

2) Modify and flash your bios to allow lower bound clock speeds (google it also)

I'm using -v -w 128 -f 1, sometimes -v -w 192 -f 1, haven't seen much difference. I'm getting 435-450 avg, but that's also with Ati Stream SDK 2.1 (huge upgrade) and an oc of 1040 Core, 300 Mem, and 1.22 V.

Hi All,

I recently got into this GPU mining thing and want to know how I set my memory clock to 300 like all the other guys do on here?

I am getting about 405MHash/s with - v -w 128 -f 0

Thanks in advance
