Anyone have a good link to how France and Britian where responsible for creating the borders?
Saw this in glancing and would like to read a reliable source that would go more into detail of conflict and how the bordering Countries meddle in this dispute.

According to reliable sources, the death toll includes more than 300 soldiers from Azerbaijan, and at least 170 from RNK and Armenia. Several civilians on the RNK side were either killed or injured. The casualties are going to affect RNK more, as their population (140,000) is only around 1% of that of Azerbaijan. The Azeris will be happy with the results.
