morocco.man is still very active in currency exchange with multiple accounts , I have contacted someone who has done deal with him few times, but I think he don't want to disclose his username.

Please always use escrow if you want to deal even with high rank member.

Food for thought - PayPal:

Quote
We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services. Please contact the recipient directly.

Profile link to who scammed you?

PayPal does that sometimes which is why I always recommend escrow even when dealing with reversible methods. Don't listen to the BS others put out there. Escrow doesn't protect the seller of BTC but neither does you sending first.

These PayPal scammers have absolutely NO interest in BTC and are only after free PayPal funds. They use these funds before they are reversed and are able to buy or create new accounts to keep the scamming going.

Two things I've learnt from this:

  • No more Hotmail email addresses...
  • Lower activity can go first from now on.

I walked straight into this...

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11949259

When I got the (hotmail) email address to send the PayPal I sent the funds and the info came back as

Sent to:
   Dabbou Aicha
Email:
   [email protected]

(shame PayPal doesn't offer this up first)

Which on closer inspection is the one and same email and name that morocco.man used in this transaction...

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/selling-0015-for-4-paypal-1108267

I sent my wallet addy 1D4MzQmugAvub31NJrTun8v1GYGUpSKECh and got this back...

!!! WARNING: This user is a newbie. If you are expecting a message from a more veteran member, then this is an imposter !!!

sorry i copy and past you adress but i dont have copied it right and before i send 0.02 to a friend so i send him again 0.10 im waiting for him to replay me to tell him to send me back 0.10 sorry for that will send it to you when he send me back the 0.10 btc

An hour has gone past and still no deposit into the online wallet, nore my funds refunded, and no answer to my follow up sent a few minutes ago.

The topic has been closed for further comments , but he's still online.

I need some guidance - do I start a charge back on PayPal, wait a little bit longer (in either case risk negative feed back trust from this scammer.

Do I post negative feed back sooner rather than later?

Thanks for reading.
Do a chargeback as soon as possible, scammer will make thousand excuses before finally disappear.
Just curious, why did you send first to newbie while you are jr.member?

Aicha3011 is alt of morocco.man

First , shawncart bought amazon GC from aicha3011 on july 15th here . he sent the btc to aicha3011's address but he didn't receive the AGC.
On july 16th, aicha3011 opened this thread , I saw shawncart post on this thread, he said, he already sent the btc but didn't receive the AGC, aicha3011 deny it , he said that he never received any payment from shawncart. Then shawncart post the screenshot of his conversation with aicha3011, including aicha3011's address on the SS. I am doing quick search, I almost sure that address belongs to morocco.man , but when I refreshed the thread, shawncart's post has disappeared.

Then, I have to find another way to proving that aicha3011 is the same person with morocco.man.

You can open payza dispute i hope you get all your money back

They won't help you because their user agreement is against selling/buying Bitcoins from unauthorized services.

Yes but he did not said that to payza so he can still try

He told me "i asking for a small premium so i can sell you 0.15 for 43$" and my BTC address is 1LFdK562FkxhfV2ZLqdycamf64zao8iGAQ.

Checked on blockchain.info. No incoming transaction  Shocked. That Morocco guy is definitely a scammer!  Undecided

You should have used an escrow. There was no point to refuse an escrow as morroco isn't a trusted guy. Please take care next tym. Sadly, you might not see your money back again Sad

zain1993 what BTC address did you give morocco.man to make the payment? What exact BTC amount was agreed? With this information we can check the blockchain and know for sure whether the payment was made. Please post the quoted PM or the screenshot of the message where you sent that address.
Blockchain tx's are slow today.
If sending from a gambling site they too would have slow tx's.
Should of sent from your own wallet not from a gambling site.

I'm sorry for your loss. Next time be careful in trading. Use escrow. It's a must in every transaction specially if you are trading with someone who doesn't have a good reputation.

This was my first topic: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.11829145

This Arabic Ripper scammed me 43$ payza. He told me that he sent the btc from some gambling website called http://www.cloudbet.com  .
In fact i wait 40 minutes and nothing happens. He could not even take a screenshot or send me the information of the transaction from blockchain.info

May God be with you, ripper, even if you are Arabic or not. Muslims are not scammers.
