Hello,
I'm looking forward creating an online market place that can be legally used in Morocco. By that i mean buying and selling bitcoins at market value but with moroccan currency(dirhams).
Moroccans should be able to buy them with their moroccan credit cards, but, nowadays they do not have the right (except for certain conditions) to buy in international markets if it is not in MAD( moroccan dirhams) . This is due to the protectionism of moroccan economy. However it is certain that because bitcoin is relatively new here in Morocco, the law does not consider it as a currency but more like a commodity.
If anyone has any answers relative to the legislation of bitcoin in morocco i will be very thankful.   Grin
