the SP20's only limit one way or another, whichever they hit first (voltage or wattage). I found it easier to limit wattage for consistency/stability, as it allows them to settle to whatever voltage is required per chip to run at a specific power level and efficiency. Doing both is somewhat redundant, especially if it never hits that voltage figure.

I like redundant when it comes to under clocking.
I used to use a very low max voltage. and a low start voltage.
and I kept watts in the ballpark. but to each their own
