It is sad to know that i agreed with your opinion because it is a fact, USA have strict laws for currencies trading especially when US dollars is involved, they often come up with various lawsuit and frustrate the company out of the market.

They often accused the crypto exchanges of tax evasion which can not be easily calculated, it is a wrong country option if you are interested in establishing a crypto exchange market.

From what I understand America is a wrong country option for almost any business other then if you build killing machines then it's great you get the government to steal money from Americans and give you billions! But if you are an honest american wanting to start a crypto business you are better off in Russia they will will not harress you in Russia as much (I'm not a Russian just showing how much you Americans have given up your freedoms that Russia is now a more freedom loving country for it's citizens then you are)THINK ABOUT THAT FOR A MINUTE!

You have made this topic very broad mate, America is actually a wrong country for any publicly known legitimate business but a good host to drugs, arms, money laundry and any illegal business which the American law know but pretend about its existence.

My theory is this (i'm just speculating). I'm a US citizen think I have freedom I start USExchange then one day the government mobster show up and threatens me with jail. I let hackers take everything and declare bankruptcy to avoid jail!

The reason I think this might be posible is that I read about a few successfull businessman that where under presure from your financial police and they where very very harsh that they just went bancrupt to walk away then get jobs. They said screw it. Maybe people wake up when they realize they are not free but under the gun from 1000 regulations all against them none for them.

I donn't think thats the case, there are so many financial institutions in the USA and most of them have a front door, you buy in because you know and trust the management, in this case you don't, it's like robbing your own bank that's holding the people's money, making everything alot easier to walk out with bags of coins and nobody knows what's going on, after time you handout a few worthless marbles and say sorry things didn't turn out the way we expected.

Well I'm from East Europe and that would be what they would do here shut down and steal your coins but no in America I don't think. But like I said I'm not a American so i don't know i just speculating!
