currently there are no ICOs or IEOs that can guarantee success, many ICOs and IEOs fail and scam, but if you want to try your luck, then you can choose the exchange platform because projects that develop exchange platforms can get a lot of profit.

they have made their ico based on the trend that already happened in the crypto space, they are thinking that will be so easy to manage exchange site but the fact said the different thing like almost all of them have no volume or a very small daily trade volume, how success the exchange site can be seen from the how much daily volume because that will be showing us about the demand that already gained by that exchange site. This time only some are worth to see when the rest was money-grabber only.

Agree, if there something new they can provide to the community then why not try to launch their own exchange and compete to others. But, before that their exchange should be regulated or have a license to operate and also their team are well-experienced enough for handling the exchange so that it can maintain it's functionality and also continuously developing that can deliver new services to the users. 
I also observed that most projects carry the concept of trade with their respective advantages, some of which end quickly death and harm investors, I consider the project about trade is quite difficult to compete with large market markets that have operated and have communities around the world

In my own opinion I think any developers that think they can do better or offer more than what we currently have let them come up. The blockchain space doesn't limit any one rather the users will uphold any platform that is Innovative in nature thus the reason why Binance etc keeps growing; so if a new exchange will spring up and offer something more than the current exchanges it will gain the neccessry attention.

I think, the new trading platform is very much needed now. and certainly this new platform has features that are far better in any way. so there is no more loss of crypto assets on certain platforms.

Last year, so many ICO are exchange and trading platform based, not of them are successful in creating a buzz, there are Adab, IronX Becent Xera and still many others still holding their ICO, it seems not even a successful ICO can become a successful exchange, we'll have to see the others they are looking for the right time to launch their platform.

Because the current trend are exchange tokens. As far as I know, those were the most successful altcoins on the market, especially tokens from Binance, Huobi, Bitmax and Kucoin. Fresh projects are just following the trend, but any trend comes to an end sooner or later.
Nowadays, it is difficult to build up a succesful projects in crypto from scratch. Therefore, teams tend to create more exchange projects to find their opportunities. However, not all teams can build up good exchanges, even they don't have intentionn to scam their investors/ customers. So, if someone don't have enough experience to verify good/ bad exchanges, they should use well-known, old exchanges, that have good histories, without scam accusations or flags (nowadays).

This indicates that the new ICO / IEO projects are new crypto trading platforms with competition from crypto itself in advancing them. thus all users of crypto currencies are balanced in creating concepts and competing in a healthy manner.
So many of them since the 2018, they already know that IEO will be the next to ICO so they are creating more exchanges today and its not going to be surprising to see them one day, they scam through doing IEO for some projects. Of cource they can, but new players can bring to the customers new level of service and low fees for example, i talk about the healthy competition, that only improves cryptocurrency market. By the way Binance is only 2 years old, so why new players cant became a new Binance?

Invest in newborn projects is risky. For example, we can not fully and correctly assess potential of a new-born exchange, certainly. We can spend our time to read their whitepapers, join their exchanges to get experience, with thrown-away emails, then assess their quality and potential but at beginnings, we have limited data sources to assess them. When you see projects like such, I think is best you just dust your slippers and fly away from them because they will end up failing. You look at it from your own end, how many trades and volumes do we have right now that really requires everyone opening exchanges, if most projects are opening exchanges, then who would trade on it. They say that the devil you know is better than the angel you don’t know, these people use the tactics of promising to give a better feature to lure people into their exchange, and then when you get there, what you find is rubbish or repetition of what the older exchanges has already incorporated into their platform.

I will never trust them, projects that sell IEOs are exchanged for new or with their own exchanges. manipulation is very possible, and it is a big risk to invest in such a project.
Not with binance. I think your opinion is wrong. The binary IEO has many advantages and everyone competes to participate there. maybe you are not interested because you didn't try it and this must be said so that everyone doesn't stop to participate with the IEO.

for now the crypto market does not need a new exchange platform. we can know because there are still many exchanges that have volumes far from the standard. the more exchanges that are released will make the trading volume divided into smaller ones. binance, huobi, bittrex and other exchanges can be relied on by traders, so we don't need another exchange.
but we still need a good decentralization exchange. because currently there is no DEX that can give us the same advantages as CEX.
Decentralized exchangers should be good but what happens is that transaction volumes are not too large compared to centralized exchangers. There are several things that come to my mind:
1. There are a lot of improvements that can be done to the existing exchange platforms.
2. They just want a piece of the pie, which is certainly huge enough for all of them.
3. They have a certain market target that might not have been taken into consideration by the major exchange platforms right now.
4. Exchange sites might appear to be the easiest way for them to create a project.

The team of this exchange tried to resume the work, but later announced the closure of the exchange. There is a ranking site for bounty, I know that. I only searched by hand in the Bounties section of the forum. After finding new bounties, I researched their projects more thoroughly then if I feel good I will participate.
Yes, IEO are more in demand right now rather ICO because many have suffered from ICO scam projects during 2018 and it was drastic effects to investors that they won't to be scammed again in that kind of fund raising tactics of ICOs. I know a lot of projects calling exchange construction capital died after calling for capital to succeed. Most of them have no way to attract users, and large exchange nowadays are invested from big funds and venture funds.

Many bounty coins looks not afraid for listing their coin on greatest exchange market like bitmart, bittrex and binance. Always use bad exchange for listing their coin and make price is dump.
That's true I've participated on some of them but unfortunately, many of these exchanges that do ICO did not live up to expectations, some failed to become an established exchange, some just launch their ICO to scam people like what's happenings on IRONX to many wats to get in the games but cannot keep up.

Yea, i noticed it too. Trading platforms here and there. Some are even a combination of Exchange making it possible for you to log in to your Exchange accounts in their platform. This for me is really crazy. A downside to this might be security - hacks may be fatal. I'm sure they would have thought this out. It's a new wave of exchanges and we're going to see a couple of them this year.

The most important thing to attract users to their platform as well as create value for them is the trading volume, the variety of trading pairs, and an important part is their pump-dump ability . A huge number of exchanges are also fictional. This is a blind to raise funds from unsuspecting investors. You do not think that the market needs a huge number of exchanges? Although the assets is less than the number of these exchanges

Every now and then many projects keeps coming up while promising one thing or the other, but the question is; how many succeded? Most will say they will beat this exchange or that platform but yet won't succed in offering anything. Nevertheless, any project that think it has the potential to challenge current exchanges let it come on board and disrupt status quo.

New exchanges asking for funds thru ICOs/IEOs has been going on for a while now. Never be too confident or complacent with these established exchanges. Anything can happen and any of these new exchanges can rise to the top. 
This space needs all the innovation it can get, any project out there that thinks it can do better let it come on board and challenge the existing ones. I think the problem is, instead of most to focus on building their platform to be the best, they will end up comparing with the existing ones thus lossing out. No one knew about Binance until it came up and took everyone by surprise through accommodating all users without unnecessary restrictions like seen in other exchanges then.

Couple of months ago, when IEO was popping up, I have onced said that new exchange will pop up with launching IEO and that's what is happening now. Most of this IEO eill be scam at the end.

Your concern is valid. The crypto exchange field is nearly saturated and there's many exchanges with negligible volume as 90% of volume goes through the top 10 exchanges.
All of these simple crypto exchange and their tokens won't make any difference unless they come's up with backing from large enterprise or local governments.
