Hi there,

I'm looking for a mining pool software for me and my friends.
I've heard of Yiimp but is it worth using ot is there a more popular one I should look to ?

I'm a total newbie in the mining world.
Thank you for your help.

You can find many mining pool softwares at github.com you can try CoiniumServ, check it here: https://github.com/bonesoul/CoiniumServ
Try to install different ones and mess around with their configuration till you find the one that fit your needs and find your self able to administrate it.

Here you can find an example on how to setup a mining pool: https://blockgen.net/setup-your-own-mining-pool/

He's only a hero member because he keeps posting random uninformed crap to increase his post count to earn from his signature campaign.
Yeah, that guy also posts the same answer on the same topic in other thread.

try this one:
You can use MPOS or CK pool code which is available publicly.

MPOS - Mining Portal Open Source.

https://github.com/MPOS/php-mpos

CK Pool code

https://bitbucket.org/ckolivas/ckpool

CK Pool code is well tested and used on may pools.
Running pool is no easy and takes much work, Must know security to protect users and server from hack.

Good Luck

Yeah MPOS is great, tested a few years ago. The other ones that I tested by Myself is NOMP https://github.com/zone117x/node-open-mining-portal
ck pool code more simple to implement I think (based on my experience)

i vote minergate.
did you know what mining pool is? OP want to know Most popular Mining Pool software. minergate isn't mining pool software

Some person mentioned a minergate and hash flare too bro. There are some hash power renting sites in the online you should keep that in this list. Perfect mining pool softwares are Bitminter, Claymore and antpool also which is been widely used now.
If you want start mine with the various like mining software and mining pool and you should go with the Nice hash since it is completely user friendly for beginners too.

You are Hero member, but you didn't know what is mining pool software that's asked. He wants to build a mining pool, and want to know open source software that he can use to build a mining pool. in another word, he wants to build something like suprnova.cc, ckpool.org, ethermine.org etc.
