Long time I played on pokerstars the website where you lose more with AA then you win. People shove allin with 37 in high buyin tables and win lol. Pokerstars is the biggest in the world and there table layout and payment system work great. After played there for a long time I quite playing poker there.

Now I want to give it a try with Bitcoin poker, never have tried the Bitcoin clients before. Have some question about it:
-is there a mobile version available
-how long does a deposit/withdraw take
-any promotion Available
-minimum deposit/withdraw amount
-players online at same time minimum
-house take(tourney, cash and sit en go)
-average participating players in a tournament.

Hope to find a nice service for playing awesome poker.

I would go for Betcoin, as other people have mentioned.
They have the most active player base I think, at least at this time.

I can generally get into a game in less than 30 minutes.

Yes you're right but what if I don't want to send my money to an exchange for any given reason? Why should I do what you suggest?

I think, I already answer to your question in second part of my previous post. With bitcoin debit card you don't need to send your money to an exchange, simply spend your coins just like fiat money in any site or store. With E-Coin it is absolutly safe since they use incorporating BitGo into their service, the best security standards in the industry.

Have you won something? Or is it difficult to win?

I checked on their site but they don't directly accept Bitcoin and OP was asking about playing with BTC, they accept neteller so maybe incidentally they accept BTC but I can't tell because I don't use have a neteller account

There are so many exchanges today, I don't think it is a problem... Personaly, I prefer to use a bitcoin debit card from E-coin for this (virtual one costs only 3$ and available almost instantly).

I think, it is 888poker, initially known as Pacific Poker, the third-largest poker site in the world. The graphics are excellent, they use one of the most player friendly and easy to use poker software platforms around, and as such you will be very hard pressed to find a better online poker site at which to play.

Betcoin does get the most players and best games. But where have you got luckyflop being most popular? That is wrong go check out SWC poker which has many more players than luckyflop. Lol luckyflop hardly has a game start, which is a shame as he seems like a nice admin.

If I speak the truth there isn't one that can be said to be the most populous at the moment, all the current running ones seems to get crowded when they host free-rolls but not so much otherwise. This could also be due to the fact that some of the sites are not accepting players from US.

Another possibility is to fund a Neteller account with Bitcoin, then fund a Pokerstars account with Neteller. Not every country can do this.
Otherwise, I think the biggest "pure" Bitcoin poker community is over at sealswithclubs.

Can you fund a Neteller account directly with Bitcoins, if yes, how about converting the funds back to BTC? I'll have to look into this, I guess if the funds can be converted back and forth to Neteller and BTC without the need of a third party/exchange then there are a lot of sites where Neteller is accepted.

Swc is the best place if you want to see a natural bitcoin in its natural habitat.

Explain natural?
Seals is a good place to be colluded against if you play higher limits. Micros are fine but once you get to 50NL you are going to run more into cheats.

Never head of American Room.

LuckyFlop has no players besides freerollers at current moment.
Nitro can be good at times but just remember that players at higher limits usually are just putting pressure on hands, knowing you would fold due to it being all your funds.
Common practice and when they realize you have more funds they usually leave.
Cant get on Betcoin yet but sounds like it has a lot of players.
