The most profitable coin seems to change fairly rapidly.  Sometimes on an hourly basis...

DOGEs are often at the top of the coin profitability chart at the moment.  Grandcoin has been up there a lot as well.

Coinwarz is the best to figure out what is best at the moment.

i hate grandcoin, i put 1400 khash on that sucker and coinwarz says i would mine 5k+ coins, but after 12 hours of mining (no none of the miners dropped) i only mined like 700 coins, not worth it Sad

why not just mine on something like middlecoin which automatically mines the most profitable coin, sells them and sends you btc, unless your planning on holding the coins.

Bad idea. Everybody who mines at middlecoin will lose not win. middlecoin depends on pool luck and does not take diff retargetting into account.

I second the idea of mining some of the new coins.  You never knew what is going to take off next.

If you want to take some risk, you can check new/starting cryptocoins and start mining at the launch.

Its risky, but can be very profitable if you choose the right coin.

I prefer to mine on multipool as it means I can quickly sell any coins I've mined if the price starts crashing, rather than on middlecoin where you have no control over when the coins are exchanged. Plus, it's ~4% fee vs ~2%

yeah multipool is good also, i just don't have the time to be constantly monitoring crashes etc so i just mine on middlecoin.
