I agree with you about the reputation of the prize manager you mentioned, when I joined the ICO project that managed them almost everything was successful and when the distribution of tokens went smoothly and went straight into the main market so the selling price remained high.
We can't say that an ico with a good manager will not turn out to be a scam, and
hummer113 was right about that. It is not about who the manager was handling but it was the person behind it who started to think that he has the right to run the money of his investors because he thinks he will quickly get away with it, due to lack of information pointing at him.
Some bounty managers are doing their own research if the campaign that they manage is pure and clear by doing any background check.
