History can be repeated or not, we can not know it but we might have a new history.

If history repeats itself, I think the market will have a very normal January as preparation for good February or April months. Altcoins can not rise too much and you can not expect them to have exponential rises if Bitcoin is not healthy.

Altcoins rely on Bitcoin because a general trend of market will be decided by Bitcoin, not altcoins. Altcoins come and go but Bitcoin is there since 2009.

There is no accurate historical data for altcoins but most of them did not exist several years ago or track the behavior of Bitcoin and therefore will have similar charts.

What I want to convey is that we should look at the four-year cycle and not the changes in a particular month, and therefore the long-term view of the price of Bitcoin is optimistic and this view is not good for many altcoins.
