None of them are really tested well except for a few cryptocoins. Bitcoin will still be no.1 in spite of the slow transaction count per second. It is safe, secure and proven. Most of the others have nothing but promises.
Expect many people who are bagholders of different coins to post here to shill their favorite cryptocoin.

The most scalable crypto in this time is ripple and iota in my opinion. But iota has very fast transaction comparing with the ripple.
