Public money being used for social spendings is usually a way to please the poorest class with pennies, while keeping it lazy and indolent. The managers, as you say, don't incentive people to work and to improve their lives quality to stop depending on government's social programs to survive. And the reason behind this is that they want a decent number of people depending on them each new polls year.

That is the perfect golden mine. Managers are always increasing their wages (that are already high), creating new jobs for their relatives, friends and stooges; Distributing pennies to the masses, guaranteeing this way new and new mandates.

But someone has to finance this play, the money has to come from somewhere. And it doesn't come from the benefited ones, neither from the managers who create these schemes and social programs. So there must be another group of citizens paying high taxes over everything and anything to keep the gear going on... In the end the middle citizen is the fool, being used by everyone around! (Well, at least in third world countries).

The government is responsible for the financial distribution and budgeting of the people's money; people who has the power to set them into that power are the voters. Hence, naturally, the government will spend more likely into the voter class than financing people to help them. They may not tell or show to us directly that they are helping not just the voters but the people in general but it is true. As a matter of fact, in order for an individual to claim and enjoy the benefits that the government have imposed, one requirement is voter's identification card and/or proof of residency. Well, I am not against this system since voters are the one who will place them to the position but they must not also forget what government really is, to serve the people.

you don't get it, only specific type of people get the money, the higher the pay (or pension) the stringent the selection in specific trait they look for (submissive, naive, forgiving, clueless).

anyway... I can't read you.

What's the matter? Missed out on Bitcoin when it was high?

great contribution.

Thanks. They say Bitcoin will be at $50,000 by the end of the year. See if you can get in on the receiving end of a little of that social spending, and buy some Bitcoin before the year is out... or at least some altcoin.

Cool

the only beneficiaries are the managers of those programs.

so that those who vote for the party who legislate those social programs have voting blocks with economic power to finance their campaigns and elections.

this is why even if the money spend increase that the situation doesn't get better.

most of those who work on those program are political appointee pushing the narrative of their party, harvesting money and influence to foster the goal of their party.

ask yourself? do they work with metrics? are they consequences when those metrics go down?

looting the treasury to finance themselves... and justifying it morally with "we are helping the people"...

remember they have no shame, they steal your money to give it to themselves to pay their elections to create their "occupations" with all the benefits you can imagine (pensions, healthcare etc etc).

a little pro tip, the market isn't an animal that you can parasite and if you believe you are doing so right now...

yes, I say no more, you will discover it  Wink

and don't forget common defense is approved by the market, even with it's exorbitant cost, because individual defense, even at scale you can't imagine is still too small... which corproration can man, equipe, train, form, and co just only a small brigade? what you can't make your own weapon systems...
