Well it is pretty fucking obvious he has not refunded you from his wallet.  I would suggest contacting local law enforcement.  He has to know your true identity since he has your mailing address.  Good Luck.

Correct me if I am wrong but I do not see "LLCMHpbw1sDnLHJ9APsnfiWue1rtrPCeJB" having 81 LTC leaving the wallet, but like you said, mindtrip didnt refund anyone. Atleast as far as I can tell, but OP claimed that he refunded hackers, but then claim he didnt then at last claim he did. Honestly, I do not know if this is a scam attempt or if OP really was hacked, but there is no confirmation if it really was hacked or if OP is just speaking bs. Like, what are the odds of someone hacking into an account just for this specific task? Like someone would had to have his passwords and been logged into that account for a long time just for that to happen, but only an admin can confirm if it really was hacked.

It seems this should be easily settled.  Mindtrips personal info is available on bitcointalk and obviously he has your name and shipping address if he was shipping a miner to you.  So each of you can identify the other so what is the issue?

Also, if a refund was issued it is certainly on the blockchain as well as the original purchase.  Just post the TxID for both and it will be obvious for the community to see who it telling the truth

I can sent my id to the admin or to mindtrip by e-mail or by phone(what's app).
You should read the whole story and then express your opinion.
Based on my feedback you can see that I deal with mindtrip in 2015 and everything went smooth.
I payed for a L3+ miner $3260 including UPS ground shipping, So i sent to mindtrip 81LTC from my wallet to his wallet.
The next day I stared to ask for a tracking number and mindtrip told me that he refunded me.
After 3-4 messages I lost access to KNCFUN account.
I am checking my LTC wallet and I don't see any refund from mindtrip.
So by the Law he is obligated to deliver the product (in my case L3+ MINER May batch) or to refund the money (81ltc) to the same account that he received them.
Any admin or moderator can confirm my identity and you can see that I am the same person KNCFUN and NORWUSA.
Mindtrip today just asked my id so I am waiting for him to give me his email address or phone number to sent it to him.


I am not talking about the feedback you have received, I am referring to the feedback you sent because you been complaining about being scammed or someone is scamming. Even on your other account you complained, and plus its not his fault your account got hacked, if it ever did. Youre at fault for not securing your own account. For all we know he did refund you and we have been waiting for an admin or mod to "confirm" your identification with no luck afaik. So you are more than welcome to continue on your complaint fest.

Also, provide the txid of ltc you sent him.

One, this whole thing sounds fishy, two why did you post this here and not in the scam accusation section?

Also, if you are KNCFUN, why not prove it to everyone here? While I do not know the whole story, to me, it sounds like youre trying to scam him by claiming you been hacked, possibly providing a address for a refund, but since he recalled the shipment, youre now here complaining that you havent received a refund nor the package. If your account been hacked, he do have the right to recall the package. Based off your feedback history, it sounds like youre trying to scam him, and if you truly were hacked, then its your fault for not using an escrow as most trusted escrow here would require a sign message from the sending address to change it to another. If you would like to get the police involved, then file a police report, and post it. I am also more interested in seeing if a mod or admin would say if you were hacked or not, but if you cannot sign a message with an address they will be of little help.

You can try to send an message to theymos , you will most likely need to sign the message with the address that you own that was tied to the account . I had deal with mindtrip in 2015 and everything went smooth so it was not a case to use escrow.
When you transfer money from the account 'A' if something goes wrong and you have to give a refund you have to refund him in the same account 'A' this is what the Law says and to have a proof of that. By refunding to an account 'B' that I don't even own means that you did not give any refund to that person and by Law you are obligate to deliver the product or to give a refund in the account 'A'.  Read the Laws.

None taking I always recommend it as well as keeping your public account clean from any personally identifiable information a hacker can use to manipulate others into believing they are you

When an admin can validate you are who you claim you are I'll believe you but this account looks to have been sold why would you be using 2 accounts that have done buisness with each other as the same person isn't that Shaddy? I am happy to help but as of now I have no way to identify you are actually the real KNCFUN user I was asked to cancel an order by you I asked multiple times for validation
