kukoin is an excellent exchange but perhaps it is not the best solution to transform kusama into fiat it is better to transfer them to another exchange change them into stable coins then in fiat and then do a bank transfer two excellent exchanges that deal with kusama are binance and kraken

I need a NOIA and Kusama wallet on a platform where they can be exchanged for bitcoin, usdt, or cash because on the Kucoin HS app I see no way of doing any of that from my Main account. I moved money to my trading account to see if that creates a way to send the money but now they want to make me wait for the money to arrive. I want to deposit in my bank account.
Why not exchange those coins first into stablecoin then go to a platform that accept stablecoin to fiat conversion. Have you ever used Binance p2p? They supporting majority of crypto to fiat directly to your bank. I think almost all are supported. Not a fan of kucoin but if this makes you worry then shift to binance no hassle mate I assure you.

I agree with this observation Mate Binance P2P would be better and easy to use and equipped with different options of payment using fiat currency I'm using it frequently in my native fiat currency that's why I can say it was a good service to use. by the way, Kucoin has also p2p features but it's not as popular as Binance.

If it's not about moving alts to a bank account but about trading these alts for BTC or USDT, you can look at available exchanges that have it in their trading pairs. Here's the relevant info about NOIA, and here's the info about Kusama. It seems that you can sell NOIA for USDT or for BTC on Kucoin, you just have to find it on the exchange. As for Kusama, you can sell in for BTC or USDT on Binance and many other exchanges.
Forgive me if I misunderstood what you were asking about.

Converting altcoins to money in the bank is not a difficult trick. Sell them all into altcoins that can be traded on a single exchange. That exchange has the P2P functionality possible. You can exchange OTC with others to turn your altcoin value into money in the bank. There may seem to be many steps, but it is the best way to achieve your goal.

The fastest way to transfer to your bank is using regulated exchanges that offer wire transfers. It takes a day or two but your money will be there.
I have no idea what you are trying to do, however, you should try doing it without paying a huge chunk of your profit for fees.
There are always ways to avoid spending a lot in fees depending on the blockchains you will be using and of course the amount of funds you have invested.

If you want to exchange your NOIA and KUSAMA to bitcoin, just use the exchange that already list them.
I see on cmc that kucoin already listed those coin and you should be able to exchange them for bitcoin.
And to withdraw bitcoin into your bank account, you need to sell them to your native currency and use local exchange in your country.

it seems he doesn't know how easy it is at binance rather than having to go through too many steps. maybe you can try to contact him and provide directions to use binance to make it easier
As much as I wanted to but he can searched that on the Web himself. If he have some trouble he can just refer to this thread and ask question regarding what he dont understand. Google is your friend SO I believe maybe that after he reads the comment here his trying it already and maybe done with his problem too.

Here you go https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/kusama/markets/
Why don't you just send your amount to another exchange site and then you can sell your assets into the USDT or fiat money to be sent into your bank account? You can try to use binance for that. You can try to use gateio to trade your noia

True, for the longest time now I have been using Binance and p2p trading there is okay never had any problems and transactions are almost immediate at least the once I have done and like you mentioned, also direct fiat withdrawal to your bank account option nice and easy too.
