No issue unless Mexico has any laws or regulation on imports. Might be liable for duties into Mexico which could make moving operations expensive. Could be better to sell off assets in the US and reacquire in the new country/location. Still depends on a number of factors.

I am wondering if there are any USA guidelines about moving ASIC's across the border? I no longer want any of my crypto related stuff in the USA and want to move it all to CDMX but I cannot find any official government documents on the US side that specify anything about this. Is it enforceable in any manner?
