Just learn the Swedish language - this is number one, and then try to find out cheap and good real estate renting/buying - it can take a lot of time  Grin

If you wanna get an apartment you should get in a "Bostadskö" (home queue) right now. Very long waiting time in many places.
Otherwise you will have to buy an apartment, and that is quite expensive.
Where in Sweden are you planing to move to btw?
