Just learn the Swedish language - this is number one, and then try to find out cheap and good real estate renting/buying - it can take a lot of time 
If you wanna get an apartment you should get in a "Bostadskö" (home queue) right now. Very long waiting time in many places.
Otherwise you will have to buy an apartment, and that is quite expensive.
