That's a nice board. To bad you posted it 1 day after I just bought 5 more 5870s. I'm all tapped out. 
I tossed the box but i do still have the receipt for the cpu. Purchase date was 1/16. Under 3 year warranty.
Actually, i do have a X3 455 triple core. I bought it new from tigerdirect 2 weeks ago. I briefly needed another computer for internet access and only used it for 3 days. I might still have the box and receipt. I do have the fan. I paid around $80 with tax. I told somebody else i would sell it to him for $60. Its yours if you want it for $65. I have that on hand. If you buy the board and chip i will throw in a stick of ram for free. If i have more than one person interested im going to sell to whoever offers me the most. PM me your offers.
