Make sure to set primary display to pci-e.
Having it set to onboard gfx or auto will result in exactly what you're describing.

Wrong forum.  But if you don't have a monitor connected this will happen.  It's when windows loads but does not activate the driver.

Miner runs because it hooks the driver directly, but msi is too stupid to do the same.

If you have a monitor, it could be because the two cards use different drivers and only one is active.

Use EthOS.  Or something not windows, lol.  Or buy hdmi dummy plugs for at least one of the other type of card.

Hi, hey i'm having some problems, i have 1 rx 480 gtr 8 gb, 1 rx 580 gts and 2 rx 580 gtr black edition,all xfx radeon , the thing is that msiafterburner is not showing core clock and anything when the 4 gpu are connected , when i connect 3 msiafterburning works good, can you help me with this  i will apreciate a lot
